Would never again buy furniture from vidaXL. First of all because the packages and furniture pieces were very dirty and second of all because the instructions are hard to follow.

Ordered a 1.5m x 25m fence kit on 16 April '18 Was sent out in 3 packages 2 were recieved in good time,the 3rd was lost by courier. It took almist 2 mths of emailing and waiting to finally get the 3rd package containing the chainlink fence. Vidaxl were very good with their customer service responses and also refunded £80 in total for the inconvenience. However having recieved the final part of my order I opened everything up to check everything was there only to find I am missing parts. Not at all happy with this. GOD!! Will I ever have this order completed 😢😢

I bought AEG smart scales from them.
After couple of months the scales stopped working.
I’ve contacted customer services in December 2017 and as of today I’m still waiting for them to contact me with some solution. All I’ve received from them is that they have to contact their technicians to clarify something. . .
They traying to contact them 3 months now and nothing.
Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want to waste your money!
Update:
After long wait they exchanged the scales for new one therefore I've changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I would have considered to even file a report at the police for theft. Ordered an item with a week time asking please to receive it within 7 days, which is totally normal in Germany, never takes more than 3 with any other shop. They lied and only sent it after 5 days, it arrived late so I had to return it, well, they pretended they didn't get it. I had trusted ebay and a shop claiming to be professional and got 50 euros stolen from me. Absolutely dishonest, I would recommend not to buy here at all, or have everything with insurance and proof as you are dealing with scammers.

Very impressed with VidaXL's customer service. They ship very fast and securely package items. If you have any kind of problem, they resolve it swiftly, completely and without costing you anything. I highly recommend them, it is one of the very few companies I know from whom I can buy with confidence.
