I’ve tried several screen protectors over the years, but ViaScreens is by far the best. The quality is top notch, crystal clear visuals, perfect fit, and easy to apply without bubbles. Overal decent.

On opening the pack and seeing all these sticker packs I knew what an absolute faff it was going to be to apply the screen protector. I didn't see the link to the instructions on the pack so I contacted the merchant and received a link to a video. I tried, but couldn't concentrate on it. I needed proper written step by step instructions to follow. Decided to request a cancellation and return only to receive another very patronising, long winded email with terms of the return process and only 5 days for it to reach the merchant. Forget it; buy yourself something nice with the tenner you've made.
Damaged item; no clear instruction
I ordered an Apple Studio Screen protector. The package arrived not damaged; however, one of the two screen protectors had a small damage in a corner. I had to cut this damaged corner because it was not sticking to the display.
Another issue was the lack of clear instructions on the website. There is no video for the monitor protector. To make things worse, both protectors didn’t have the sticker guide attached to the first layer. It took me a long time to figure out what was wrong and how to install the protector.
Considering the price, my expectations were higher.
Worst customer service ever
I initially ordered two screen protectors — both arrived damaged with a visible kink down the center that made them unusable. I reached out to customer service for a replacement, but because I had already thrown out the packaging and product (as anyone would reasonably do after receiving a faulty item), they refused to help. I even explained that I cracked my screen trying to apply it, but still, no assistance.
After some back and forth, I literally dug the damaged products out of the trash, sent them photos as requested, and got a half-hearted “we’ll check with the courier” response. No ownership, no real help, just the blame shifted back to me.
Then — out of nowhere — I received another package. I genuinely thought ViaScreens had reconsidered and sent a replacement. I was honestly grateful… until I opened it and realized they had sent the wrong size.
I emailed again, politely explaining what happened — only to be hit with what I can only describe as aggressive, accusatory, and completely unprofessional replies. They accused me of fraud, claimed I had received what I ordered, and then blocked and deleted my account. No opportunity to clarify, no chance to return anything — just “shame on you” and account deleted.
Who talks to a customer like that?
Turns out, I had mistakenly placed two different orders (one for a touch model and one for non-touch) — but rather than help me resolve the mix-up, they attacked me. I even sent photos showing the two different boxes, trying to make sense of what happened — and they still treated me like I was trying to scam them over a $25 screen protector.
In the end, I paid $50 for defective plastic and got treated like garbage for asking for help.
If you value your time, money, or basic human decency — stay far away from ViaScreens.
Easy to Apply
I'm not great at applying screen protectors, but ViaScreens instructions were clear, and the process was effortless.
Negative
Not happy, my items has not arrived yet. Contacted Support who shared the tracking link however the parcel is still in transit. I was expecting it quicker than this.

Not bad, works well. I messed up the first protector but luckily there was another one inside the silk pack

What's not to love?
Love that this comes USPS, our most reliable mail service for the USA. We have purchased here several times. They stock screen covers for new and old MacBook models. Nice, sturdy covers. I always get the vivid shade. The speed of DHLeCommerce getting to the USPS service is worth the wait. The ViaScreens staff is always attentive for our needs and knowing the exact fit to your laptop model. Highly recommend them.
You get a tiny kit to help apply the screen protectors, with accurate sticky marks where things should go. The plastics always come very static, the box slightly smelling of delicious UK evergreen(?) trees when you open it. Wherever they ship these things out, it smells amazing and unlike any city I have ever visited. :)
Very easy to apply when you smooth out the bubbles and static. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to settle in with the huge change in climate to our deserty tropics.
Will buy again if we need any!

I ordered a screen protector for my Dell XPS, and it fits like a glove! No edges lifting or peeling- just perfect coverage.
Scam Website, do not shop here.
Ordered a paper matte screen protector for my TCL Tab 10L gen 2. What I received in the post was 2 generic, glossy screen protectors that were too small for my tablet. I initiated a return, as per their instructions - even sending it back tracked 48.
Now they tell me there was never a return initiated, so not only do they have the returned product, but they are trying to keep my £20 to boot. Credit card company has been contacted and I'll be writing this review everywhere, to inform people that this is a scam website.
Slightly tight fit but great
Just fitted my paper screen protector for my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 (13 inch). The fit's not ideal but it performs its main function brilliantly. Given this is the only product I can find for a paper-like texture for my device, I'll still give it a high score overall. If there was a larger market to choose from, it might only have got 3 stars.
For the height of the screen it is an exact size so there is absolutely no leeway for putting it on at the slightest angle. It's not sticking down at the bottom edge and one corner because it's against the edge of the plastic frame. This is however some way from the edge of the screen so I can live with it. Totally unnecessary to make it such a tight fit though as there's at least 5mm at each border between the edge of the surface available and the actual screen, so could easily knock a mm or two off the dimensions and it would still function just as well and look better too.
It also made putting it on a bit of a pain as I had to peel it off halfway through and start again, and it picked up dust on the sticky side of the screen in the process so I had to pick specks off that as I went the second time through.
Texture wise it's a massive difference not to have my stylus slipping over the screen whilst trying to draw and I've got way more pen control now, so I'm still really pleased to have bought it.
5 star texture, 2-3 star fit.
It was to big for my screen
It was to big for my screen. I could not attach it without air bubbles because of that. I will not try it again.
Doesn't fit Lenovo Tab P11 Gen 2
The screen protector didn't fit the screen despite ordering the specific one for my tablet. It was about 4mm too wide and slightly too big in the other direction too.
I also ordered a paper like screen protector. It did improve the writing feel in most situations, but on some movements the pen felt like it was skipping across the surface. The surface also felt slightly sticky on the palm.
Safe your money - no good…
I ordered a screen protector for my JVC radio, I put in the exact model number, they even had a picture of the radio on their website. Paid for express shipping and received the screen and it is not even a close fit. It is way off. Piece of trash. Safe yourself the hassle not only did the screen not fit but the quality was crap. Complete waste of money!
