Good customer service

I recently decided to purchase some screen protectors from this company. One for a ASUS ProArt PX13 laptop, and one for a Huion Kamvas 12 Pro.

I had issues with the ProArt PX13 screen protectors. They were heavily static out of the packaging, particles got onto the adhesive side in swarms. I was devastated. Not what I experienced with the Huion Kamvas Pro 12 protectors.

Customer support was helpful, and as responsive as you'd expect from any other company--Monday to Friday. I think so long as you employ common sense (read another review, it seemed obvious to leave the protector on while waiting), respect, trust their process and follow along--things will go smoothly.

New pack. Their paper-like and matte protectors are a dream to work on as a creative.

I think they only deserve a 5/5.

Terrible customer experience and product quality - avoid at all costs

Terrible experience. The screen protector was not fit for purpose, and when I complained, ViaScreens refused to provide a refund and simply closed my case. They hide behind their Terms & Conditions instead of respecting UK consumer rights. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I am now escalating this to Trading Standards. Avoid this company.

My tablet looks brand new again. I had scratches all over, but once I applied the matte protector, they were practically invisible. It also feels better to use now, however image quality slightly less

Easy to apply

Easy to apply, no weird rainbow effects, and it just works. The screen still looks vibrant and clean, and I’ve already noticed fewer fingerprints.

I bought a screen protector and it…

I bought a screen protector and it didn't quite fit my radio, because the radio has a little raised emblem in the corner and it prevents the screen protector from fully adhering in that area. There response was to basically option 1 stuck it up and accept it like that, option 2 cut and modify the screen protector to make it work which I'm not sure how to do that after it's applied, or option 3 try to scrape the little logo off my brand new radio risking damage to the screen and possibly voiding the warranty. Their attitude is horrible and they did not provide a workable solution. They also suggested that my radio in the US has the logo and "maybe" that logo isn't in all markets. More BS because I've yet to find a picture of this radio anywhere without this logo. It's a cheap purchase, but they suck, definitely do not recommend this company.

A Game Changer for Screen Protection, My Experience with ViaScreensI don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with ViaScreens has been so consistently positive that I felt compelled to share. After trying multiple screen protectors from different brands over the years, some too flimsy, some impossible to apply, and others that didn’t deliver what they promised, I can confidently say that ViaScreens stands head and shoulders above the rest.First off, the product quality is outstanding. I’ve purchased both their Privacy and Silk screen protectors for various devices, including my MacBook, iPad, and work monitor. Each time, I was impressed by the precision of the cut, the ease of application, and the clarity of the screen afterward. Their Silk version in particular is a revelation, it gives the screen a subtle satin finish that reduces glare without compromising visual quality. In fact, I found it actually improved my viewing experience by reducing harsh reflections while still maintaining vibrant colors.The Privacy screen is equally impressive. It completely blocks out side glances without overly dimming the screen like some other brands do. I work frequently in public places, airports, cafés, and co-working spaces, and the difference it makes to my sense of privacy is incredible. You really can’t see anything from the side, and yet my direct view is perfectly clear. That’s exactly what a privacy filter should be.

Customer We-Don't-Care Team

The laptop screen protector products are categorically faulty as the "dust removal" stickers are extremely weak so fail to work, and the install procedure has multiple glaring issues.

The support section stating they will authorise a replacement for botched installs is misleading and they will not do so.

If you botched an install on a weekend, they require you to leave it on for multiple days until support responds, so that you can take a photo. I asked if this is what they expect customers to do but the question was completely avoided and then they were completely unresponsive. If you remove the protector, they tell you there is nothing they can do, because they cannot "troubleshoot".

It would be extremely easy to say "do not remove" in the support pages so why don't they? The only reason I can see is to catch people out. Extremely dishonest and underhanded policy.

product information misleading

I rated my interaction with Via Screens a 1 star, poor web site navigation and details of product fitment not accurate vs product model numbers, customer support responded to the issue and sent me the link to the proper product basically leaving me to repurchase "note" the ones i received i tried to use but did not fit properly had to be discarded they are a one time use and was not offered a proper replacement.
