Wij zaten via Luxury hotel company in het Carlton Ambassador in Den Haag.
Dit hotel ligt uitstekend in het centrum en dichtbij parkeergarages, Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
This is the most incredible hotel. Everything aspect of our stay here was first class, exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculately kept and in the most fantastic location. The beach is stunning, the pool is lovely. The food and drink are excellent. Stayed here with two of my girlfriends, and we were blown away by the quality and quantity of food and drinks on offer. The staff are brilliant, we received the most incredible service during our stay. We have never experienced this level of customer service anywhere else. Fun part was the glass bottom boat, and the craft shop! We made our own little souvenirs from the upcycled material from the hotel.

- Diner was trash, sloeg echt nergens op en vulde niet
- Zielig lunchpakket, sloeg ook nergens op

Employees are extremely friendly and polite. The room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was amazing with a wide selection to choose from. We were welcomed by the most humble, helpful, friendly, enlightening, informative and best restuarant worker I have ever met. I wish I asked his name, but I assume he was the manager wearing all black clothing. What an asset to the company!!! The only minus points are the bed too soft and too low, the pillows too soft, duvet too thin and no second blanket available in the closet and the shower head to small. For the rest.... it's a perfect getaway

We verbleven via Luxery Hotels in Het Lancaster Hotel. Hotel was fantastisch. Ook de locatie was echt super! En in combinatie met de deal van LH was het ook nog eens goed betaalbaar. Top!!

We stayed at Grand Hotel ter Duin. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and big.
However, the wellness was disappointing. The swimming pool room is just not nice to be in, everything is very practical. The only person you could order treatments (e.g. massage) at is on holidays.
The food/drinks are very average, and expensive (cheapest wine glass 6 eur).
They also forgot to take out our 2 welcome drinks from the bill (we noticed too late), and almost charged us double for the drinks (that we noticed on time at the checkout and it was fixed immediately).
All in all it did not spoil the holiday, because we were not planning to stay at the hotel a lot of time, but it was underwhelming, especially for all the luxury promises.
On the website it stated the check out for the hotel was 12pm but after we paid the hotel informed us it was 11am. Also, the advertisement stated there was a fridge (which we needed) but when we arrived we were given a older room without a fridge, (it was also dirty and smelled of smoke - but this is a problem with the hotel itself).
Carlton President hotel in Utrecht is echt een top hotel om te verblijven. De inrichting heeft een erg luxueuze uitstraling en de service is perfect. We hebben er een erg prettig verblijf gehad.
Excellent Hotel, clean, friendly, faultless Customer Service, Restaurant was great, breakfast was fantastic, close to Amsterdam Zuid train & metro. Overall it was perfect, Would recommend to anyone
The garden was beautiful and the restaurant dinner very good. We found the room extremely small though! I don't know how it could be a superior room. There was also no mini-bar and only one robe. When we asked for another robe, it didn't appear. And at breakfast, I asked for coffee from the professional machine behind the counter and was told that was not allowed (though there were no signs). When I made a fuss I was given a cappuccino and told "here is your exception to the rule". Not so impressed!

Prima arrangement,via Luxuryhotel,gehad in hotel Ehzenwold Almen.
Hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee: location and cleanliness is good. But horrible beds. We were given two single beds (instead of a double) and each bed was so narrow it was difficult to sleep in because one is constantly worried about falling over.
And another thing was that 1 day sauna entry was part of the deal and we did not get any chance to use it. Ultimately after a lot of discussions we could get to use it for 30 mins just before we had to check out!! This could have been better managed if its part of the deal!
Luxuryhotelcompany lives up to their deal promises. I've booked several hotel stays via them and have been fully satisfied with both the hotels and the user experience on the LHC side. The deals themselves are also great!
