IT WAS AN EASY EXPERIENCE QUICK AND FAST.

UK CHENNAI ODMV MS SNEKA ,MR ROKESH ,MR YUVARAJ ,MS LAVANYA

The visa process and the documentation was clear to understand and submit the details, the VFS staff guided well on the interview day.

I applied for UK visa with reference number GWF080248391 in Lagos, Nigeria.
I paid #49,000 for courier plus service.
The decision was made 5 days ago.
VFS informed me that my Passport is on its way, 5 days ago.
5 days after the VFS said it has dispatched my Passport; I am still waiting.

The same thing happened with my previous application when highly incompetent GIG logistics was imposed on me. I got my Passport 8 days despite paying for courier service plus.

This is gross incompetence on the part of VFS.

This has led to depression and anxiety.

I checked at GIG reviews VFS imposed on customers, the reports show massive failure on the part of both VFS and their current courier agent.
UK VI should address this issue causing mental health issues among the UK Visa applicants.
