Paul deserves a raise.
The process was slow, a 10:30am appointment took all day. I was attended to at 14:20. The bright side is, you don’t get turned away from incomplete document presentation. You will be assisted in getting your documents right.
I was attended by Paul, he was patient, kind and helpful. He explained how the health insurance works during a visa application.
