Very straightforward and stress-free
The process of arranging vet treatment and claiming was stress-free. The vet's practice communicated with Vetsure. Vetsure let us know the cost of the treatment and the excess we had to pay (to the vet). At the end a couple of emails from Vetsure to settle the case were easy and straightforward.

A lovely insurance company. Everything was explained clearly and I was given time to ask questions. I don’t know how Ally coped as it was chaos my end (I’ve 3 dogs). And they caused mayhem.
