Upon review, we found that your bracelet was deemed partially compliant due to the following defects: discoloration, stamp, and erased hallmark.
According to our policy, when a product only partially complies with its description, we inform the buyer of any defects or non-conformities noted, and the buyer has seventy-two (72) hours to either accept the sale or cancel the transaction. If the buyer decides to cancel, a refund will be issued.
As you contested the outcome of the inspection, your case was escalated to our Quality Control team for further review. They confirmed that the item was thoroughly re-inspected and upheld the initial decision.
