Shocking company, really bad service. Sold me a brand new vehicle that from the start had engine problems, took years, a great number of days off work, emails sent and the ombudsman to finally get it rectified. When they finally fixed the engine, they damaged my air conditioning which they then refused to acknowledge they had done it, then tried to charge me for finding the damage they had done! Use them at your peril!

My experience at Vertu Motornation Derby was excellent and I'd highly recommend them.
Dan was professional, helpful and really knowledgable about the vehicles.
We previously had a really bad experience with another car from another dealership, so we were really cautious about buying another car, but Dan was great. He helped us find the perfect car, and really put us at ease. We were about to give up for the day when we called in to Vertu not feeling hopeful that we would find anything, but I’m so glad we did! We are so pleased with our car and the communication both before and after buying the car has been excellent. I felt like a really valued customer.
100% would recommend this place, and thank you Dan!

What can I say amazing customer service. From the point of the carwow team to the dealership. Daniel was amazing! So patient. Answered all my questions. The handover was great and professional. Cleanest car we have ever picked up from a dealership. The Clio is amazing! Thank you so much and highly recommended
