Great customer service in buying a Mini from the Vertu BMW/Mini dealership in Exeter
I bought a used 2023 5-door Mini Cooper from the Vertu BMW/Mini dealership in Exeter and was very impressed with their standard of customer service and found the whole process of part exchanging my car and purchasing the Mini an enjoyable experience. They were quick to contact me from my initial enquiry and in arranging a test drive and inspection of the car, and any queries/questions I had when purchasing and collecting the car were quickly answered. I wouldn't hesitate from purchasing another car from this dealership and would recommended it to others.

Hyundai of Exeter are an excellent…
Hyundai of Exeter are an excellent company. I bought a car last Saturday, for various reasons it was not suitable for me. I emailed Emma on Monday and with their help, I exchanged it for another car which I collected 5 days later. I now own a lovely car, that is perfect for me. As a female, in the past I have not had the greatest of experiences with attitude in garages. Dan and Emma and all the other staff members in Hyundai are welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Friendly efficient salesman
Friendly efficient salesman. Knew his job. Disappointed that all documents were by email. I like hard copies however the salesman printed them for us. Documents were a little confusing. I am in a wheelchair and there was no dropped curb near the main entrance door.

UNRELIABLE NONE AFTER SALES SERVICE STANDARD
1: it has taken 6 weeks to get an appointment this was for an alarm of check camera. We took up offer of service and MOT 2: They have not fixed it another visit requires. This means another six week wait as they need the car for two days! It is the earliest than can provide a courtesy car. So they took our money first. They said they could do all in one day!! REALLY THEY COULD HAVE DONE THE CAMERA WARRANTY FIRST NOT LEAVE TO LATE AFTERNOON.
3: since taking over county garage they lost electo technician who can test electronic faults. This has been the case for 4 months minimum. This related to Barnstaple Renault. So our trip is a 90mile return trip to Exeter.
5: I have had had 4 renaults over the years NEVER AGAIN
