It’s not just about the car
I’m a real fan of the mini, it’s been my car of choice for probably 25 years but with any big purchase it’s also about the service and support you get from your supplier and that’s where Vertu Mini in Exeter and Charlotte in particular stood out.
Charlotte’s friendly manner, open, honest about my options to change my current EV model for the new extended range EV mini was refreshing. She was interested in what I wanted NOT what she had to “sell”.
I’ve just picked up a fabulous JCW EV mini and it looks and drives beautifully. On collecting it Charlotte was as excited as I was😂.
Practical on handover information and approachable on any questions I’ve had.
Overall a very good experience.

Top sales team handled the purchase of my new X3 very well. After initially changing our minds about the vehicle we wanted they took care to ensure the car and spec was just right for us.

Our experience was great
Our experience was great. From the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The showroom itself was of a very high standard, modern and airy. We were greeted by Steve Duggan who showed us a few different cars and was able to give us some advice. We took a Peugeot 2008 for a drive but decided later that it was a 3008 that we wanted. Steve was able to phone around and managed to locate one which was perfect for us. He offered us refreshments and made us feel right at home on both of our visits. When the car was ready to pick up, Steve showed us how all the relevant electrics and gadgets worked before driving the car home. He is an excellent and knowledgeable car salesman. We noticed that there was a slight problem with some of the paintwork the next day but it soon became evident that it was to do with the cleaning process and easily solvable. We were invited to bring the car in on a Monday when this could be remedied. Overall 5 star experience.

Andy Hallums made my Hyundai part exchange quick, simple and easy. Very efficient and friendly service. Andy made sure my new car was in excellent condition, took me through the controls, set up the Hyundai app for me, I cannot recommend Hyundai Exeter or Andy high enough. It felt a very personal experience.

Excellent Sales Service From Exeter Vertu
The Sales person at Exeter, from our first visit in Jan 26, was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were not necessarily going to purchase a Landrover and had other makes in mind.
Kai instantly understood our requirements and directed us to models which were compatible and took us for 2 test drives. His knowledge of the vehicles and understanding of our requirements were the deciding factor in going on to purchasing not 1 but 2 Land rovers!
In Kai's absence we were very well looked after by other members of the Sales team in Exeter who were all very helpful and professional.
Exeter is not our closest Landrover dealer, but we had the best possible advice and help from them and I would recommend anyone considering a Landrover to make the visit to Exeter. The extra miles were worth the excellent service we have received.
