Cracking vehicle
Quite a nervous driver so after a lengthy conversation with Peter the sales person in Hereford I was put at ease with what car to choose. Picking the car up, Peter went through everything about the car and very nice to know he will ring in a few days to see how I am getting in, thought that was a lovely gesture.

I have just purchased my Ford Puma and…
I have just purchased my Ford Puma and cannot begin to thank Lee enough for making the whole experience as stress free as possible. This was my first Automatic and he took me out for a lesson and was so encouraging. Lee was easy to contact and communicated excellently throughout. I feel he went above and beyond throughout the whole process.
I would also like to mention how courteous and friendly all members of the team were who I came into contact with, especially the staff manning the telephones.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this team to my friends, in fact I have already started !!

Buying a new car from Vertu Hereford
I had to do everything by phone as I live about 50 miles away from Hereford, but everyone I spoke to was so helpful, friendly and kind that it gave me complete confidence in the transaction. The sales team were unfailingly patient with my poor IT skills and the car delivery man gave up his own time to show me how the car functioned. I could not recommend this dealership more highly.

The service and staff were excellent
The service and staff were excellent, I travelled 1hr and 40 mins to get to them as my local dealer didn’t seem that interested in selling me a used ID Buzz, I had spoken to Scott and couple of times on the phone to say I was coming up to see the vehicle and if I liked it I would be driving it away, well he and the team made it happen, great service and staff.

The reason my recent purchase was stress free is that I dealt with a member of the team I had previously purchased from Thomas Matthew’s was informative regards recent upgrades and gave explanations for these regards their advantages. We both my husband and I drove to experience the drive was impressed by the overall re launched VW T-Roc ‘r line. Different options were given regards purchase, and any other options that we required to make the car suitable to our needs. This is the 3rd VW vehicle we have purchased from VW Hereford.Thank you

Overall a very good experience
Overall a very good experience. Well looked after by Katlyn and Jordan. All went very smoothly. Some of the online "paper work", registering etc seemed over the top - but we made it through.

From the start of my Audi Q5 purchase I experienced a very friendly and professional service. My first point of contact was Charlotte who was pleasant and friendly not pushy and talked me through the whole process and made everything simple.
