Thomas Matthew’s helped me through the whole process of changing my car for the new shape T Rock .
On the day I picked up my new vehicle Thomas was very patient explaining in detail how things worked keeping it very simple which I found very helpful. Thomas even set up my VW app on my phone which I would never have been able to do!
His manager Jack Robins came over to check and congratulate me on my purchase ,both of them told me that if there is anything I wasn’t sure of ,to contact them.
The whole team at Vertu motors Hereford, have always made me very welcome with a positive professional way in the last few years which is very reassuring.
I can highly recommend them if you are considering buying a Volkswagen or your vehicle serviced.

Excellent, enjoyable car buying experience
Both the sales executive and his line manager were affable, polite and respectful and gave me their full attention. All my options were fully explained and I was given an accurate price breakdown. All in all I had a great professional experience and I have no hesitation in highly recommending the dealership.

We were, on this occasion, repeat customers. We explained the deal we were after and after a little negotiation with amiable negotiation on both sides, the deal was done. It was basically a straight swap with a few upgrades the wife was after. The exchange was a pleasant experience and was handled efficiently.
The car was a little late in arriving. But then I was a little late in ordering.
The only down side was the arrangement of the finance. It seems the dealer, customer, finance company triangle does not work very well....that got a little inconvenient, rather than stressful, but we got there in the end. Overall a good job.

Cracking vehicle
Quite a nervous driver so after a lengthy conversation with Peter the sales person in Hereford I was put at ease with what car to choose. Picking the car up, Peter went through everything about the car and very nice to know he will ring in a few days to see how I am getting in, thought that was a lovely gesture.

I have just purchased my Ford Puma and cannot begin to thank Lee enough for making the whole experience as stress free as possible. This was my first Automatic and he took me out for a lesson and was so encouraging. Lee was easy to contact and communicated excellently throughout. I feel he went above and beyond throughout the whole process.
I would also like to mention how courteous and friendly all members of the team were who I came into contact with, especially the staff manning the telephones.
