We respectfully disagree with this statement. Vertex Carship operates transparently as a licensed auto transport brokerage, and this is clearly communicated throughout the booking process. At no point do we force a customer to proceed—every shipment moves forward only with the customer’s knowledge and consent.
Regarding refunds, all terms are outlined upfront and handled according to the agreement. We are always willing to review concerns professionally and encourage direct communication so matters can be addressed properly rather than through misleading claims.
