Vertex Carship 

The gave me a quote in writing for $625 then changed it to approx $1800.00 on the day I was scheduling transport. Then they kept my $200 deposit as a "cancellation fee" & they have not taken my car off the national network, so every other transport company sees what I discussed with Vertex. Scam company that uses very high pressure tactics, calls you all day even when you tell them you are at work... you've been warned! This company claimed rights to transport my car AFTER I canceled and is threatening to hold it hostage until I remove this bad review. I have screenshots of the conversation as proof of this.

is it really a five star scale if zero stars isn't an option?! my experience is so bad that I am considering legal action. bottom line upfront is that I booked them on a Thursday night with a price that had been discussed for over a month and less than 24 hours later they tried to bait and switch and increasing my rate by almost 200%. In zero unequivocal terms, I canceled all my business contract with them and told them to lose my number and refund my deposit and I continue to text us over the next three days and they still sent someone over to my friends house, to their gate, to pick up the RV, that they had booked less than 24 hours before, over 48 hours after I told them to stop planning to move my RV
. I had been communicating with a sales agent named Nancy for one month. after looking up the reviews of Vertex Carship, I saw that they had over a 4.5 review with hundreds of reviews so I felt secure in booking them. They also called themselves car movers so I had no reason to think that they were brokers who simply advertise to truck drivers in transit and connected us after communicating for a month and only ever discussing one price of $399, I chose to do business with them and pay $100 deposit. Less than 24 hours later Nancy's boss called me to tell me that they were currently looking to book my car shipment for around $699. Nearly double what I had contracted to pay. I said and will say I don't really care what you're small print, especially since my 48-year-old eyes can't read it.
if a sales person, and I only ever speak about one price, I have no reason to think the price will be higher. If a sales person, and I only speak about them being car, movers, then I have no reason to think that they broke her out car moving to independent contractors. I guess that part shouldn't be surprising in today's economic disruption model, but I would at least expect them to honor an original price.

It was my pleasure working with Rebecca. She tried her best to give me the best quotes possible.She is always updating me and checking on me.My car was delivered very fast . The drivers did some delay in pick my car-up from my location other than that everything was Good. Drivers were fast and trustworthy as well.

I am very happy with cost, communication, easy to work with and answered all my questions regarding my needs. Thank you very much. They are my go to from now on.

I had a wonderful experience with Vertex Carship, I got a quote from Anna Martinez, We were having communication problems from my end, Danial Jones took care of it, provided me thorough information booked my order. Then their manager Larry was with me until I got my vehicle delivered at my destination. The whole experience was exactly not as expected, It was first experience and I was expecting a lot of hurdles, but the way they took care of my shipment. I thank you all for this.

Called and placed a down payment to secure an enclosed carrier while taking leave so I could receive my car when checking into my command. I called a few days prior and nothing was scheduled. I kept receiving the same text message but worded differently. “The Carrier is on its way blah blah blah” leading me on and wasting my time. come to find out my car was listed on 3rd party carrier sight for drivers to pick up as a job. The initial price that was agreed upon creeped up over 3k as I pressed them why nothing has been done. I requested for my listing and info to be taken down and took several days. “It will be $200 to take the listing down but won’t be charged to your card. Felt scammed out of time and money next time I’ll do better research.

Rebecca Kent, you can say what you like to try to discredit my review, while say yall are committed to to professionalism.....blah blah blah! But here's the facts. A price was agreed upon, invoice sent, and appointment made. Out of all three things I listed, which of these were meet?! NONE!!!! I paid a deposit for my vehicle to be picked up; it never was!!! After the fact, I'm told if I wanted my vehicle still picked up I would have to agreed to a higher price than what was already set up. You call that professionalism?! That is a SCAM and ROBBERY wrapped up in one! Did I get my money back; did I get my car shipped?! NOPE! I actually believe I ended up losing my car because it claimed to have been towed. So keep lying to yourself Mrs.Kent. Have a Happy New Year's and continue sleeping well at night while stealing people's money!
