My friend used this application 6m ago and they blocked his money untill now .

Hi, I'm Ewa Przewloka, i have 7039 euro blocked on my verse account. I have sent the proof of the funds but verse never answered. I think the want to keep my money, if the situation won't solve i will call the police.

Its 1.5 months gone , they block my verse account with 1200€ inside without any reason, I just load 1200€ and they block it , I email them more than 30 times and they say money will be refunded to original bank, but it’s 1.5 month gone nothing come to my bank, I guss they will nevar , they are scam, cz always say they will send as soon as possible but till not their as soon as possible not over

They stole my money without a valid reason i was using the app and i was happy with it now the account is nog working anymore and They still have my money Thiefs

NEVER USE OR ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS INTO THIS APP!! After using it, I started receiving hundreds of messages with unauthorised payments through my credit card. I was scammed 800euros until I called the bank a minute after the first message. Another 2000euros was attempted to be withdrawn but fortunately, my card was already blocked. BEW AWARE OF THIS APP AND THE SCAM THAT IT IS!

Verse will be block ur account without any reason after reading serval negative reviews from others on Trustpilot I think the world need to know u what they are doing and how the treat people I have every legal right to file a lawsuit against this company u can’t block my without any notifications I have spent days reading at their policies in which I didn't breach any then I will be in contact with 2 famous journalists and media outlet in Lithuania and Spain I will make sure this company received the best publicity they deserve so others don't fall into it anymore and I have every detail proof and materials to make this clear to the world how the run their business I am also filling a report to the BBB EU and others a company can't restrict you access to account without any notice moreover i am not involve in any illegal activities,financial fraud,Money Laundring or terrorism financing and I hope others in the situation will like me not stay silent on it below is my email address and I hope someone contact me ASAP $brawlinee.ohyno1

I don't know that why they didn't reply my email? 10 days ago i have submitted a review on trustpilot, Then the support team sent me an email and told me to send all the necessary documents! I have already sent it 7 days ago and waiting for reply! But still they didn't replied my email, I don't know what's problem? What thing they are need? Why they didn't reply our email? Is it joke? I recommend you don't use verse,best worst company i think is it! If you need money tell us directly. We will you give you free, But Don't scam with customers!

Please don't open account with them. They are scammer . I forget to come to Trustpilot to check before I go further and open account with Verse. They blocked my account After I transferred 3000 out of 6000 for my business. Without a tangible reason. They said they will return the money back to the original account within 30 days after many emails just imagine They will give IBAN NUMBER from Lithuania and their address in England thier Telephone number is from Spain. I have involved my lawyer and she told me she has another person case like this . That French authorities is making efforts to contact Spanish authorities on their issues. My advice is that no one should open account with them also tell your love one. They later told me not send them email again that they cannot help me further.

Versetag $edlvl - Everything was fine until they blocked me. blocked an account with money 618 euros. at first they said that they would send it back to the sender within 30 days, then they said within 30 working days - 30 working days have passed, there is no money, they called, they say the money will come within a week, a week passes, there is no money again. RETURN OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

VERSE IS A SCAM SPANISH COMPANY, they are registered, but they are thieves, once you get a big amount of money in your account like 1000 euro, and above they will 🔐 lock your account and tell you their relevant department will get back to you. They took my 3000 Euro for more than a months still no answer. DON'T OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, TOTAL FRAUDULENT. There is nothing your team can comment here to give your company good image, you policies are fraudulent, FRAUD FRAD FRAUD. Don't open account with them, use BUNQ instead, aleast if BUNQ close your account, they give you all money in your balance right away. VERSE IS A FRAUD.

The app is very convenient, clean and easy to use. I really enjoyed this service, although lately they started to block me after every single time I make a transfer/deposit. Then, I have to solve this "problem" with customer service, which takes 2 weeks and this is frustrating. Now I just got banned PERMANENTLY, week after previous (not permanent ban), when I deposited money to my account. They keep saying the very same vague reason why I was blocked, but of course, it is not true, since all my accounts and cards are under my name. I contacted support multiple times, but no one seems to care, they keep telling me, that I have to call in order to get account temporarily unblocked, so I can withdraw what is mine. WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TEMPORARILY UNBLOCK IT WHEN I CONTACT THROUGH MAIL? What if I don't want to spend money on international call? What if I'm not a native speaker and my English is bad? Seems like you just block account after a deposit, and I see it's very common issue. So, all in all, DON'T use this service, it will look nice, but soon after you will get banned for no reason and won't be able to withdraw money, without their "temporarily unblocking" lies. If they can unblock normal ban through mail, why phone call is needed when you block permanently? First of all this ban was totally out of blue to start with.

At the start app was great, friends could send me money and I could receive and send it instantly. Also I loved that I could transfer money between all my bank accounts with less hustle. But after about a year of using the app they just blocked my account after I wrote them asking if they will be sending physical card out. Freezed the money in my account and promised to get back to me in 72 hrs, but it is more than that already and they are ignoring me. Also weird that they are licenced in Lithuania, but every event is in spanish and it is not possible to chat with them instantly, only email. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! My versetag $botfs1.

Edit: They answered with the same thing as before, explained nothing and asked me to wait more. I would tolerate that if I at least knew what it all was about.

Verse banned my account out of nowhere after i transfered 100€ there. Also withdrawed payments dont usually come (i withdrawed mine 2 weeks ago and it still didn't come). After some time Verse also started paying random payments and took about 75€ from my bank account.

All the blocked money in whose pocket does it end up?
Verse has permanently blocked my account with almost 600 euros without explanation. They tell me to call them on the phone, but the robot voice says that I should write to them, but I already did it and they answer that is a permanent block without telling the reasons.
