I bought a eufy camera and found it rubbish if I could give them them less I would it connects to the phone then turns it self off and doesn't record anything completely a waste of money and time

I didn't set up a contract, but they're trying to charge me.
I didn't set up a contract, but keep receiving emails that I owe money. This is the 2nd time they've done this to me, so be careful, as they may set up a contract in your name, without your consent.
There doesn't appear to be good communication within the company, nor important notes added to accounts, to avoid issues such as this.
I've never had any other company, create a year long contract on my behalf, without my knowledge or consent.
It's actually shocking.

Your system is good, but service is bad
Your system is good, we are happy with it.
However, your respons time for a service call is bad.
A new door contact had to be replaced, it took 6 weeks before e a mechanic could come to replace the unit. It took 5 minutes of work. In the mean time we were not 100% secured, as the door contact was not working. This is not what we expected from a company like yours

These people are modern criminals
These people are modern criminals. They come to your door to sell their products, and when you start refusing and do not show interest, they subtly threaten you. I feel highly unsafe with these people knocking at my door, and I recommend that their staff be trained to be either better or more polite. The staff they send speak as if they are criminals

We had great experience with verisure alarm system. Until you use it you won’t understand what you are missing. It’s trustworthy, useful and easy to install. The whole system took 1hours to be installed. It’s that easy.Highly recommended.

Stay away from Verisure
If you don’t want to get stuck with them in case of cancellation, then stay AWAY from Verisure. If you want to cancel, they keep saying somebody will call you within 15 working days but even after 5 weeks still nothing. Waste of my time and my money.
