When they install an alarm system in…2021

When they install an alarm system in your home, it's sold for six hundred euros. If you stop using their services after a year, you'll never get that money back. Then they come to your house to take the alarm system back, claiming they have nothing to do with the agent who installed it. So why did you return it when the agent installed it? If the agent isn't responsible for the company, how can the alarm system be yours?

Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Dealt With

Over 2 months ago, I asked for a callback to buy a video doorbell camera. No one ever called. Two weeks ago, customer service told me I could buy the model myself but gave no guidance where. I bought it, asked to connect it, got confirmation, waited for approval… then declined.

I filed 2 complaints, was promised management would contact me – nothing. I had to chase them myself, again and again. Yesterday I was told by a rep (after “speaking to his manager”) that nothing can be done about the false advice I was given. So I wasted time and money for nothing.

I was promised once more someone will call me to buy a doorbell camera, but after 2+ months of empty promises, I don’t believe it. Compensation? None. Safety? Ignored. Instead, I get patronizing “I understand” responses that solve nothing.

This company is a disgrace – all talk, no action, no accountability.

Multiple Service Failures like Camera…

Multiple Service Failures like Camera malfunction, Livestream feature not set up with Verisure staff themselves admitted in writing that “one of the services was not correctly implemented on the videodetector and most importantly Alarm notification failure.

The mediocre customer service adds on to the problems:

- Contradictory and inconsistent information from different staff members.

- One representative was unable to correctly read my phone number from his screen, stumbling several times before citing it correctly. This demonstrated a lack of competence and further undermined confidence in Verisure’s support.

- Wrong forms sent (a billing change form instead of a phone number correction form). Moreover, these forms were unnecessary, as other customer service officers later confirmed that no calls had been made during alarm trigger and that our phone numbers were in fact already correct.

- Responsibility incorrectly shifted onto us (claiming our app settings were at fault, later disproved).

It is incredible how bad the service is. I do not recommend this company.

Houda Timimi's employee installed video cameras in my home without my permission, this is a direct violation of human values. I received psychological trauma. unprofessional work, disrespect, this is not a European, not a natural approach to the client.

I have been using Verisure since last 1…

I have been using Verisure since last 1 year, I am satisfied with the service and alarm system although I wish the price could be discounted.
Manoek is also of great help, he has pro-actively guided us through the process and keep checking with us when we need help. Thank you .
