We recently had our alarm system installed and I can honestly say the experience was excellent from beginning to end.
Garry, the sales representative, was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, approachable, and took the time to really understand what our home needed. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and put together a system that offers very good value for money. We felt confident in the decision thanks to his honest and straightforward approach.
Kevin carried out the installation, along with his colleague, if I’m not mistaken Dylan, and their work was exceptional. Kevin is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He paid attention to every detail and made sure the system was positioned and configured properly for the specific layout and security needs of our home. The installation was neat, precise, and thoughtfully done. Everything was explained clearly before they left, and we felt completely comfortable using the system straight away.Communication was smooth and Kevin is always easy to reach by phone.
The system itself looks pristine and works perfectly. We feel much more secure and would happily recommend their service.

Alarm not working rang to report it booked a technician to call out the cancelled and rescheduled the appointment 4 times paying for monitored alarm and I do not even have an alarm customer service is appalling when leaving in rural areas they should not take on a contract if they cannot service it
