Im really hoping by leaving this review I'll finally get to speak to someone who knows what's going on with this company and will then be happy to change the review!
Im not sure what is happening with this company, i would have given them 5 stars last year but thing's have gotten very worrying, ive been waiting two weeks for a call back and no dates for a technician either but the really worrying part is they have stopped commuting with you when there is an issue with your alarm, meaning you could be robbed blind, no alarm going off, no record of entry on their systems and no contact to you, they used to send emails if there was a power cut but they don't communicate with you at all now, the last time I called it took 40 minutes and I heard nothing back and now as Im writing this im on hold for the last 20 minutes waiting to hopefully talk to someone in charge, my husband went into the property this morning, there had been a power cut, no alarm went off yet im being told right now on the phone that the alarm is armed which is impossible, their systems are clearly flawed which means you could loose everything and they nor I would know anything about it till it's too late, this is extremely worrying and I think people need to know about this and check your systems!
