Easy to order, and it arrived within the stated delivery times. It would have been helpful though if the driver had rung the bell to tell us it was there instead of just leaving it on the doorstep

Very good product, looks smart sitting in the corner of the garden. Bought two, so we could alternate between them, to allow one to compost while filling the other one. Only just started, so can’t comment on how well they work yet. My only criticism is that the flashing from the injection moulding of the plastic pieces could have been trimmed off properly before despatch. It should be mentioned in assembly instructions to trim flashing off to allow the parts to fit together without snagging before assembly. Reminds me of another well named Swedish store which needs some assembly know how to complete. It took a while with a Stanley knife to trim the parts to allow them to fit together snuggly. Once done the parts fit together relatively easily.

Very pleased with my new watering can! Arrived in good time and condition. Worth noting this is for outdoor use only as a little tricky to control the pour! But super easy to carry even when full and makes watering way quicker.

encountered some issue with order I have placed - I missed an item, so I have sent question if can be added to my order and dispatched together to save delivery cost. I get instant reply, offering discount to cover shipping cost for new placed order for missed product which still would be added to the original, however decided that more convenient will be cancel order and re-order in next couple of weeks - and again quick response and arranged refund. Defiantly will be coming back to place more orders. As they say - you can only judge the service when you need their help - I needed and Chris from Verdant was absolutely brilliant !

This bird bath is perfect, decorated with an appropriate sentiment round the edge which doesn't detract from the stars of the show - the birds. I like the fact that it's fairly near to the ground so we have an aerial view of our feathered friends bathing.

Hell there
This is my third Hot Bin.....and I am very happy to increase my capacity to make my own soil......which we are using to increase our garden size.
My only worry is this Hot Bin is quickly becoming too expensive.....so this will likely be my last one - sadly.

Having ordered a hotbin composter on 22nd November, I received an email the following day saying that I qualified for a 10% Black Friday discount, which was much appreciated. The hotbin was safely delivered yesterday.

Very responsive reply to question on delivery. Delivery was prompt and the fact there was no shipping cost on the hotbin made my day. So often companies surreptitiously add surcharges after you’ve placed an order to addresses in the Scottish Highlands it is an outrage.

For me, a key test of a good company is how they deal with you when things don't go to plan. The item I bought arrived broken (not their fault). They arranged a new delivery, and collection of the old one within a v short time of my reporting it to them, and gave me a discount for my trouble. Can't ask for more than that. 5* service.
