Exceptional service and very helpful team.
From my first enquiry to delivery the service was highly professional. Louis from the sales team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, putting us under pressure whilst we decided on the best option for our job. The delivery driver was equally friendly and helpful.
You can tell this is a company that puts the customer at the centre of their business but also values their employees. Would definitely use again.

Julia the fork lift driver was one of the most pleasant fork lift drivers i have ever met she was so helpful it was unbelievable loaded the wood exactly where I wanted it she is a credit to Vincent timber she waited patiently for me to strap it down

Vincent Timber have been supplying large amounts of cladding for a few projects of mine over the course of the last 12-18months and I couldn't fault the service at all. Highly recommend Vincent Timber Bham, Luke in sales offered great advice as to what the best real wood cladding solution would be for the rear of our home together with the fixing insulation material.
