Great company with good customer service. Very good hot tap

Having a hot water tap in our kitchen has changed our lives. So quick and easy to install and we literally use it multiple times a day. The customer service team are also really good replying to any queries we have had in a timely manner. Highly recommended

Had an issue with our boiler tank. Spoke to Ahmed who was vey helpful and called me back to arrange a new tank to be sent out. Would recommend.

After a courtesy call from Verana regarding a hot water boiler that stopped functioning, initially refusing exchange due to expiry of warranty. I have now been offered a refund for the purchase of a new boiler. I cannot fault the after service I received. Pleased with the response and would recommend the company.

Hanstrom Hot water tap. We love having the hot water tap in our kitchen - really helps with energy saving and cooking. It is a simple, sleek design and looks good in our kitchen. Had an issue with it and the customer service team were straight on it giving us all the information to help with the issue and honouring the wararnty. Thank you Hanstrom - great service.

We purchased this tap after a competitor version stopped working and the manufacturer wasn't interested in helping or repair. This tap has been great but just is our luck, became faulty a few weeks after the warranty expired. This time however, Hanstrom Customer Service have been really helpful trying to find a solution and eventually agreeing to a replacement system to be sent. Problems can happen with anything, it's just how they are dealt with that makes the difference.

Dealing with this company has been a pleasure. Fast response. Our boiler has failed after two weeks out of guarantee however this was not a problem for them and it has been solved promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Ordered the 4-in1 tap on a Monday and delivered on Wednesday.
So easy to install literally 15 mins from unboxing to filly fitted. 12 months without a problem, then we hit an E3 error which upon reaching out to customer service was sorted in no time.
Would highly recommend against other very expensive alternatives on the market.
The quality of the tap is very high and all the movements etc are just really well engineered.

We Purchased a Hot water tap from these guys and the service we received was top notch.
Initially we had issues installing the Tap which Ahmed resolved with one call .
After about 8 months the boiler would not heat up. It transpired that we had not replaced the filter when required. Rather than blame us as most companies would Zara arranged for a replacement Filter free of charge and guided us through the descaling and resetting process. The Tap works great again.
What a Honest and professional company to purchase through. A breath of fresh air.

Our Hanstrom boiling water tap stopped working and despite being out of warranty by 2 months Verana replaced the failed tank

We had an issue with our boiling water tap. I called Ahmed at Verana who agreed to send me out a new one even though I was outside my warranty. Exceptional service.

18 month old hanstrom water boiler failed. No replacement parts available as it's a ceramic element combined with a stainless steel cannister. No part numbers on the cannister to source a replacement. Will have to be a complete water boiler replacement.

We bought a boiling tap from Verana because of the very reasonable price vs other brands.
It was very simple to install, heats quickly to 98° and worked perfectly for over a year. The brushed brass tap looks great. We had an issue where the boiler stopped heating unfortunately outside of the warranty period however have received excellent customer service to resolve the issue.
