I ordered a coat from Vera Mode it arrived after aboitba week. However when the coat arrived it looked nothing like the website showed it. I sent an email requesting to return and refund, Vera Mode sent me the return label a couple of days later. Nowhere in the email did it say the return label inly lasted 7 days and on day 12 I found this out. I emailed Vera Mode to which I got a rude email back informing me that because I had left it more than the 7 days as a sign of them being nice they would refund me half of what I payed for the coat. I responded and said that I thought I would have 30 days to return the coat so would like them to resend the return label, to which again they have declined and again offered the half refund. Unfortunately it has now been 10 days since the last correspondence from them, I have emailed multiple times I have phoned their 'customer service' number about 60 times, but it has never been answered.

I wish I could give this company a negative rating! Purchased a jacket on 10/09/2025, after two weeks and repeated chasing the item, EVENTUALLY arrived. It was not as expected, chased to return the item, finally completed the return once again chased for confirmation of return and refund. They EVENTUALLY confirmed return, but refund..... that is totally elusive. Now, a full month later and I am still chasing a refund without any response from customer service and no answer on their number. PLEASE AVOID this is a total scam they never intend to deliver or refund.

The worst people ive ever encountered. I ordered a tracksuit. It never arrived even though their email said it was on its way. Never posted never delivered. I am now fighting to get my money refunded. They have told me for the last 3 weeks its on its way. I still haven't got it. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!

Have not received my refund
I received the wrong colour of jumper so returned it- the communication was great. I got an email to say my refund was done and I’d get another email confirming everything was actioned- nothing - that was nearly a week ago. I have had no response to subsequent emails and I’ve had no refund.
Update - I received part of my refund after being emailed to say they could only do it by bank transfer - however I have an email confirming I would not be charged the restock charge of £5 due to wrong colour being sent. To date this still has not happened.

I recently ordered several items from this company and they did arrive quick and I was very satisfied with the quality of them.
I was a little disappointed at having to get in touch about returning a few items though only because the reply’s were taking a day or two and I am going away in a days time . I was just panicking about being able to return them before I went on holiday . After a few emails though they have resolved my issue so I can return them for a refund .

Great cashmere line
I just received my order and I am honestly impressed. I have ordered this cashmere sweater and a pair of cashmere trousers. To be fair, I have waited for the order almost 10 days but it was worth it. Honestly, I was expecting it to be max 10% cashmere but these are 100% cashmere. Very soft and warm. The sweater and the trousers are true to it's size, I wished I got a bigger size, as I like my sweaters to be a bit oversized. However, this is my fault for not choosing a bigger size. In reality looks a lot better than in the photos. Thank you very much for this, you really exceeded my expectations.

Total scam
Total scam. I ordered a pair of shoes, they took 2 weeks to arrive and stank of glue, you could smell them before you opened the package. Very poor quality, had to chase several times to receive a returns label. They do not track their returns so there is no way to prove they have received the item back. Have contacted my bank to get my money back.

Package arrived late, company waited a week before shipping. Contacted bank to help resolve issue.
The company only replied to my email when I posted earlier review concerning goods not arriving when stated.
The coat I ordered looks nothing like the item I ordered.
I have asked company for returns procedure.
No reply other than an email stating order has been received and they want me to correct bank.
I have corrected bank.
But company won’t acknowledge my need to return item because I’m dissatisfied with the product.
This is not the way you conduct business.

Buyer Beware!! Waited over two weeks for item
Waited over two weeks for item, when it finally arrived a size large came instead of a size medium. It had no washing care instructions only a label stating it was made in China. Looks ands feels exactly like item from Temu.
Had such a faff returning. It stated on website free returns, however this is not the case. I spoke to a member of their team, she assured me I will not be charged for returning the order, however they have deducted £4.50 from original refund 😡This is disgraceful especially since it stated free returns and it was their mistake by sending me a large.
Very unhappy with service will never shop here again.
