Delivery took too long it should be made aware how long Delivery is going to be before order is placed the shoes were for a wedding had to go to amazon so now I've two pairs double the cost

The quality and fit is not as good as I expected. There is a ridge on both sandals directly under my toes causing it to be very uncomfortable. Sadly, I won’t be wearing them. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, to the wrong address, I was not impressed and won’t purchase from this company again.

Vera Mode looks like a scam website. It's not Vera Moda.

You may receive some cheap clothes, but if they don't fit you can't return them and they are almost certainly not worth what you paid

Absolutely terrible. Still no delivery after 4 months. Don’t want it now as assume the fabric is not genuine. Would appreciate some contact from the company. Avoid

Ordered a blazer at the start of May and it’s now 14th of July and I have never received it. They have not responded to my email asking for a refund

Avoid! I ordered from this company by mistake as thought it was a well known retailer. The jumper took weeks to arrive, then when it did finally arrive it was tiny and inferior and didn’t fit. It took a week for them to respond to my return request which I then posted back to them straight away, this was back in early March. I still have not received a refund and it’s the end of June. I have emailed them continually and had no response at all so I have had to raise with my Credit Card issuer who have refunded me and have taken on the case of trying to get the charge back.

I have NEVER received my order...I would give NO STARS if there was a choice!!!

Took weeks to arrive, awful quality! Responded with a returns label, Ive sent them back and they haven't refunded and are now not replying to any emails!
Save yourself the hassle!!!

Order never arrived
No one replied to my emails at customer services. The tracking number provided was also invalid. I requested refund and they never got back despite multiple emails and phone calls

AWFWUL is polite for these crocks
Know matter how many times I have asked for a refund it’s never been sent.
They can’t even reply just keep the money.
Avoid at all costs or loose out

This company are fraudulent . They do not exist . I have ordered from them and nothing was ever received . They have no comms team and I have been ignired. That is because they do not exist . They are trading off Vera Moda illegally

I didn't get my order. And no reply from the seller. I think this seller is a scam 😡😡

Placed an order with vera mode and they have neither delivered nor provided my refund

Nothing has arrived. I placed my order on the 14th of April. Come the 20th of April I contacted them as I had heard nothing. I was then provided with a Royal Mail tracking number, which was not recognised by the Royal Mail. I received a response from customer service on April 24th to say they had launched an investigation and that they would get back to me within 24 hours. I emailed them hoping for an update on the 29th and then again on May 2nd. I have had no further updates following the email on the 24th of April. I’ll give them until the end of the week and then seek a refund.
