They are not professional. They never refunded my money and they never Come to pick up the sofa from my house. I've been calling them every day asking for an update about my clai. And after 2 months they are still lying inventing stories about problems with a courtier.

NEVER again!
- after ordering it took 8 weeks to get the product.
- on delivery the product was damaged.
- the packaging was extremely poor and thin, thats why the damage.
- the service hotline was quick but very unfriendly.
- the offer in response to the damage was ridiculous.
- the product materials were poor.
- assembling was extremely tricky as the instructions were only in Portuguese, the drawings were small on a small paper. You need experience in assembling to find your way through.
I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!!!

It is hard to believe I got everything…
It is hard to believe I got everything faster than I expected and more beautiful than expected. I got the cheer and the carpet. Are amazing. Box was in one peace, colors that I wanted. I might be lucky but I am happy 100%
