Don t trust what they write…
I was extremely disappointed with my purchase of a bed at Vente unique. They advertise products and don t deliver.
I wish I never bought my bed there. Very misleading company. Be careful . PS something I don t understand is why every few weeks TrustPilot threaten to remove my review unless I add something….

Never order from this website. Three months I'm waiting for the bed I ordered. Every time they promise it will arrive. Never arrives and always make excuses. I payed more than 100€ for delivery, no gesture. Disgusting. The customer service is even worse than the price of the delivery, liars and thieves.

Excellent product variety and the best customer service! One of the large items (sofa) arrived without mounting hardware. Upon contacting the customer service department, they immediately offered to either ship the hardware at their own cost or issue a refund in the amount of 50 euros.
Some companies, like Sklum, for example, should learn how to manage customers' satisfaction experience.

I purchased a €600 table on November…
I purchased a €600 table on November 25th, it arrived in Italy incomplete with missing screws a week later, they sent me another one which arrived on January 2nd but it was destroyed. I waited a month and a half for a destroyed table for which I paid over €600. Do not do business with this company, you will lose time, money and patience. Stay away from Vente Unique!
