One of the rivet nuts came loose inside the frame when I was trying to install the back lock. I was using the allen key tool at the time. I question how well this was welded into the frame if I could loosen it with only an allen key.
Spanners aren’t provided for set up, which feels inadequate given the cost of the bike.

Easy to assemble and great quality, my nephew from the USA loved it. Now he can go and pickup at the park. He is the envy of all the other kids.

As beautiful as these bikes look, I truly advise to not buy a Veloretti Caféracer.
My bike was delivered super quick, which was great. I’ve been eyeing up a Veloretti Caféracer for a few years now. Here is my review about the entire process (hopefully it can help someone):
1. Assembling the bike is not something you can do on your own. I found myself super frustrated I wasn’t able to assemble the bike myself. When I called customer service, they told me people barely have issues which felt a little invalidating.
2. The back tire of my bike was too thick (even with less air in the tire) which meant that the tire would hit against my fender. After emailing with Veloretti they told me I had to bring it to a bike shop and they would reimburse me up to 20 euros. I had asked Steven (team lead) if it was possible that I had received a faulty bike but Steven assured me this wasn’t possible.
3. There is no repair shop in my neighbourhood, which meant I had to walk 25 minutes with my bike. The man at the repair shop told me he sees these bikes often and that the quality of the Caféracers are horrendous. He told me to fix this bike it meant that: a new longer chain, bending the fender in the right shape according to the tire and a fender extension. I was shocked at the fact I was delievered a bike that was already faulty.
4. I ended up returning the bike. Steven was the only one (from what I understood) who was able to issue this return. I think I had to call multiple times to ask if Steven was able to issue this return. I had asked as well if Steven would be able to call me on the following Monday, as I was disappointed and would have liked the opportunity to discuss the feedback points I had. I was never called.
5. The return service DHL didn’t show up twice. Another return service was issued, however, Veloretti had given them the wrong address. Luckily I was able to check this with Breekveld and adjust the address because they scheduled their trip.
6. The return process after that went smooth for me.
All in all - it’s a beautiful bike. And yes 399 euros is not a lot for just a bike (but don’t forget about the accessories such as a lock and lights that will double the costs). However, what Veloretti promises you is far from the reality. It’s disappointing and a waste of your time truly. There seems to be an inconsistency between bikes that are delivered: some are really happy and some are frustrated like myself.
My advice would be to go to a bike shop where people with the right expertise can help you find your perfect bike! There are also bikes that look like Veloretti, which appear to be more sustainable and of better quality. To conclude: I don’t want to slander anyone, but please improve the way you communicate with your clients and improve the quality of the Caféracer.

Had a great experience dealing with Veloretti. Lucy was more than helpful with a few admin pieces I needed to make my order happen, and friendly with it. Really looking forward to receiving my new Cafechaser!

Quick delivery and a great bike. Not the easiest to assemble though.

I just received my new city bike yesterday. I assembled it today and was very happy with how it turned out after being built. Sadly it came with a few bumps/scratches on the frame and brake and I was willing to look past it.
But sadly today I took the bike roughly 200M (walked it) to my local bike shop to pump up the tires, and within the ride back home the tire is entirely flat.
I contacted customer service by phone right away and was turned away saying that my story is not able to be verified and that type of wear cannot be covered.
I would understand if I had owned the bike for a week and used it frequently, but it is just very disappointing to hear that I should just take it to a repair shop and take the loss.

My Veloretti was stolen and found back due to the bicycles tracking function! What a relief, you should change your name to boomerang as it always comes back.

One month ago I saw the earlier model of the electric Veloretti, I have 10 eBikes the past 9 years, and I'd never heard of nor seen a Veloretti - I was overwhelmed by the look and the Technik!
I ordered the Ace Two Pro right away, and I received it much sooner than the well-communicated longer estimated delivery time. Contact from the delivery firm was excellent, and they arrived exactly within the time window they gave.
What was really outstanding was the contact with Veloretti after I'd ordered, and before the bike was delivered. Best example of customer service!
In 9 days I've biked 60km with my Ace Two Pro, including 2 longer trips, and I can't criticise anything! It's unbelievably silent; the Enviolo transmission, and the m210 power (same as Bosch CX but whisper quiet) are superb, control elements simple and elegant. It straight away became my 'go-to' eBike, besting my Canyon Precede ON CF 9 (€5,049).
ABOVE ALL - this bike is *beautiful* yet stands out quietly with a *very* attractive presence. It sells itself best when it's seen 'live' in person (I'm socially extrovert and my bike has probably triggered 2 orders this past week!). Photos and videos haven't yet captured the impression it makes when one really sees it. The tech / power / lighting and execution of eBike elements are really spot-on, and I know eBikes. The riding position is very comfortable; vertically erect with full control as fits the 'Holland bike' style (I'm 184cm/6ft).
Veloretti has years of experience in Amsterdam, and has made the choice to be part of Pon.Bike, which supports 20 or more of the best bike brans worldwide (Cannondale, Gazelle, Kalkhoff, Santa Cruz, Urban Arrow &c..).
So, if/when you choose Veloretti, support (if needed) is guaranteed, and my tip is, absolutely; buy this bike if you want a perfect city / cruising / gravel / light trails eBike!! The Veloretti Tyres are fat enough to give comfort :-D
In my experience over the years, I'd say buy this bike even if it was ~ €4,500....quality is back!

Terrible packaging, glad (and honestly surprised) the accessories arrived undamaged.
