It’s a beautiful bike and I haven’t driven it yet so I hope the drive will joyful! But so far it has been a bit of a disappointment, the box was damaged when it arrived, I don’t know if it was due to the damage or what but the bike was very dirty. The assembly is difficult, there is no manual with the bike, the video sent via email didn’t open so we just watch the brands assembly videos from Youtube, but they hop a lot and leave manu questions. We’ll see, I had maybe too high hopes but hopefully the ride will be great!

Warning! Never buy a bike here.
I purchased a bike for nearly €3000 and have had problems from day one. On top of that, I took out insurance that turned out to be completely useless.
The displays broke twice, the battery failed once, and the control/drive system also had issues. The customer service—or rather, customer frustration service—does not help you at all. The insurance is just a form that might as well have been left blank.
Veloretti ignores the law, even though I am entitled to a proper, functional product. I had the bike for 3 years and was forced to settle for €500.
It’s junk. Don’t buy anything here!

I purchased a Veloretti Caféracer in July 2024 and have already spent €290 on repairs — for a bike that isn’t even two years old.
The issues started within the first week and have continued ever since: a misaligned rear wheel, a tube and tyre that blew during assembly, persistent unexplained noises while riding, and most recently a broken bottom bracket, damaged crank threading, rear wheel bearing failure, and a broken carrier.
When I contacted Veloretti customer support, only the initial €110 in repairs was reimbursed, as those issues occurred immediately after assembly. The remaining €180 I spent on fixing the bottom bracket, damaged cranks, and carrier was dismissed as “neglect of the product.” There was no investigation, no goodwill, and no accountability.
For a premium urban bicycle brand, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable. This bike has spent more time in repair than in use. I expected quality, instead I got ongoing issues and a €290 repair bill.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We ordered 10 Veloretti Ace bikes for our company, and it has been a total disaster. Less than 4 years later, 9 of the 10 bikes are totaled. My own bike is currently on its second motor failure.
The support is a nightmare. Before the motor completely gave out, I had countless visits to their Brand Store. They do everything in their power to keep you away from their own experts, constantly trying to deflect and send you to "external partners" who don't have the same accountability.
Once you hit the 2-year mark, Veloretti drops all responsibility. We’ve paid for batteries, motors, Enviolo shifters, and lights. Even the fenders are completely rusted despite being parked inside. Everything that can break, will break. If you value your money and your time, stay far away.

I am not satisfied with the product because when I opened the package I found the pedal levers scratched and the black front fender scratched.

Outlet bike, near perfect. Little delivery delay due to DHL, but the bike is in perfect condition. Comes with a back light, but no front light.

Was given quick and helpful support to resolve my issue

Very dissapointed in Veloretti.
I bought a junior bike in their outlet section with basket and bell, all together for 239 euros. Furthermore no communication, shipping is 3-10 workdays so in week 2 I called them regarding the delivery. Apparantly package was at dhl facility (not nearby) and bound to be send back. I asked to resend the package but they refused bluntly. Also tone of communication very AI positive but refusing to help and wishing a nice day. Anyway, now a week later the same bike is on their website at 279 euros without accessories. Also customer service in English for a Dutch firm. This company is not customer friendly.

Ace 2: amazing bike, but even more I love their customer support! When it was urgent, understood me and acted as if it was their own bike! I loves that. Cudos to Daan, customer partner I was working with. I believe and hope others are as cool as he is i understanding customer problems.
Cheers

All and all a really nice kids bike. But the front break blocks the wheel, because it will not release in one side. So we have to take it to a bikeshop to get it fixed :(

I reached out to Veloretti about a dangerous defect on my bike and they told me they were aware of this and suggested I buy a part from a 3rd party. After paying over €500 for a bike, I expect it to be fitted with basic safety features and was very frustrated. I’ve also had three pairs of pants ruined by the bike and they offered no help.

The Veloretti City Bike is without a doubt the worst bicycle I have ever owned. The only thing I’m genuinely happy about is the design and the little basket, although that has now completely rusted.
I’ve had the bike for only 4 years, with constant frustration and repairs. It's time for a different brand because I can no longer deal with the constant issues. The chain is the biggest problem, I’ve stopped counting how many times it has come off. Today alone it happened nine (!!) times in less than forty minutes of cycling. It makes the bike completely unreliable.
Unfortunately, that’s not all. Not long after buying it, I had to replace the saddle because it was leaking. The front and rear lights filled up with rainwater and stopped working. The kickstand seems to be made of aluminium foil, it’s so bent that it’s unusable. The handlebars are covered in mould. Even the bell is so warped that it no longer works.
The Veloretti City Bike has a truly beautiful design, but the bike itself just doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, which is getting me from A to B. It is just a really bad purchase.

Have to replace this bike after 1.5(!!) years. In this time I’ve spent hundreds of euros on repairs already.
It’s really the worst quality bike I’ve ever had.

I asked Veloretti if I could get a new sticker with their logo because the one on my city bike was ruined. I live in Italy, so I can't contact a dealer.
Despite the low cost of the replacement, they responded and shipped the sticker within two hours! SUPER service!!
Great Veloretti!

I’ve owned my Veloretti Ace for approximately three years, and the motor has failed twice during that time.
The first failure occurred while the bike was under warranty and was covered. The second failure happened just outside the warranty period. I was quoted approximately €800 for a replacement motor and installation, with no assurance that this would fully resolve the issue.
To help decide whether repairing the bike made sense, I brought it to multiple independent bike shops in Amsterdam. Each advised that, given the cost of repair relative to the bike’s age and value, replacing the bike entirely would likely be the more practical option. When I asked whether I should consider purchasing another Veloretti, they recommended looking at bikes with Bosch motors instead, citing easier access to parts, simpler repairs, and shorter downtime when issues arise.
The bike itself looks good and rides well when functioning. However, without a working motor, it is effectively unusable. Based on my experience — two motor failures in three years and a high out-of-warranty repair cost — I consider this a poor long-term value and would not purchase it again.
