Yesterday I had two velux windows replaced with solar powered ones. Grace in the VELFIT office was extremely friendly and helpful from arranging the survey to sending warranties. Two very polite fitters led by Joseph arrived promptly and set to work. Dust sheets down and up on the roof.
These guys cleaned up any mess and left after doing a perfect job.

We recently enquired with the VEL Fit team about having Velux Sun Tunnels fitted to improve the natural lighting throughout our property. We received prompt and friendly experience from initial contact, survey, ordering and fitting. Fitting was completed within the day and team left were very tidy and informative about how the job was progressing. Very pleased with the service and professionalism of the VEL Fit team.

Everything about our experience using Velfit for the replacement of two (very old) Velux windows was excellent. From office staff, sales and fitters we received prompt, efficient, service. Oh, and the windows and blinds look terrific and work, via the solar remote control system, really well. No hesitation at all in recommended them highly.

This is the second time I have used this company to fit Velux windows. They are very helpful and efficient from ordering the correct size for replacing old windows and organising the fit of the new. The fitters were very polite and respectful of my property. Amazing how they worked with efficiency and care, from taking out the old and replacing with the new. Love the new look window.

Very polite young man who took great care whilst servicing and cleaning our two Velux windows. One was leaking so he took time to see what could be wrong, discussed it over the phone with his superior and checked that all was in order. Now, we need a bit of rain to see if it is entirely fixed... Thank you

Fantastic service by Velfit on my Velux windows. They were quick to respond when I contacted them so say there was a problem with the blinds on the windows. I only needed to send them a couple of pictures, they knew what to do, ordered the parts and then sent one of their team, Joseph, to do the job which he did quickly, tidily and efficiently. The payment system was easy and the customer service was faultless. Very simply, if you have Velux windows and have any problems with them, Velfit will solve the problems.

Velfit responded quickly when I requested a visit and immediately fixed the problem. Would thoroughly recommend them. Very good Company.

Efficient from start to finish. They came to measure up, gave me the quote and ideas. Once I confirmed what I wanted it was fitted very quickly. The lads very friendly and efficient.

The VEL FIT teams have serviced my five Velux windows for several years. They also fitted solar gain reduction blinds. They have always been helpful, polite, pleasant and efficient.

Really happy with our two replacement Velux windows, going from original 1990's wooden frames to new upvc frames. Great communication from start to finish with Grace, being very prompt with responses and answered all of the questions I had. Very quick to get a visit from one of the team to do the quote, and came in at a decent price.

The fitting of two replacements were done on one day and I'm very happy with the results. The guys were very courteous and made sure everything was spotless when they left. Despite the fact the new units were around 4cm narrow than the originals (due to Velux changing the sizing over the years) the guys were very clear with the options available to me with regards to using trim or plasterboarding (i.e. leaving it in a state to be skimmed and decorated later). I opted for trim and they did a fantastic job of filling the space and making it look neat.

Originally Velfit were allocated by Velux for a product recall. They were professional and courteous.
When I had issues with my flat roof windows installed a couple of years ago by another firm, I decided to ask them for help.
They provided excellent advice and a reasonable price to fix some issues. They two guys who came were very knowledgable, helpful, and did an excellent job.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.
