Iloft were brilliant to work with from the start. We had a deadline to meet (baby to arrive) and they delivered not only on time, but with a brilliant quality of work. Every single member of the team was professional, courteous and kind- they couldn’t do more to ensure you are happy. Massive shout out to Elvis too- super star site manager.

We did a complete renovation to our broken house. We trusted Elvis, Leo, and the professional team from start to finish. We left the house for 3 months, and they took care of everything!! We came back to find a new house. We also did an extension and a loft!

I can’t recommend them enough. They helped solve many issues the house had. I still pinch myself when I see the results. Very important to mention that after the work was finished, they stayed in touch, and if something small occurred, I could always count on them!

I recommend them 100 times and more. Be sure you’re in the right place with the most honest, reliable team!

We recently used iLoft for our loft conversion in East London, and we’re very happy with the result. The team completed the project on time and on budget. Throughout the build, they were very communicative, regularly updating us and ensuring we felt comfortable and informed at every stage.

I am beyond grateful to iLoft! They completed my three-bedroom, one-bathroom loft extension to an exceptional standard in just five weeks. I first came across iLoft when I saw their sign at a project in Stratford. When I reached out for a quote, Leo and Simona were incredibly friendly and immediately understood my vision. Their communication and grasp of my requirements were excellent, which gave me the confidence to choose them—even without a direct recommendation. I have absolutely no regrets and genuinely enjoyed the entire process with iLoft from start to finish.

As an architect, I designed my loft extension myself, and iLoft executed it flawlessly. Their quality of work, efficiency, and project management far exceeds the competition. Elvis (the project manager) is a great person and was always available, addressing any construction issues swiftly and professionally. The entire team—workers and subcontractors, were polite, well-organized, highly skilled and overall very nice people. What impressed me most was their attention to cleanliness; at the end of each day, they left the site more organised than I’ve ever seen on a construction project. The speed and precision of their work were simply outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone i know.

What I initially expected to be a stressful and messy few weeks of construction turned out to be a smooth, well-coordinated experience with minimal disruption. I was so impressed that I’ve now decided to renovate the main floor of my house with iLoft as well—I can’t wait for that project to begin!

We had our loft conversion and bathrooms completed a couple of years back. Recently, we encountered an issue, so I reached out to Leo. He responded quickly and sent someone over right away to fix the problem. Their team is not only highly skilled but also incredibly dependable! Even after all these years, they continue to provide outstanding support.

Iloft were exceptional! From start to finish on our loft and rear extension Iloft were amazing. Always on time, very reliable and outstanding workman. They really cared about your project and helped In any way possible to make it perfect! They also have amazing aftercare and made sure we were satisfied, even a year later!

In 2019, I employed iLoft to do a one bedroom/one bathroom loft conversion on my one bed flat in Hackney. To say it's been an incompetent disaster is an understatement. The last five years have been absolute hell. Not only has their shambolic work ruined my flat but it's cost me both mentally and financially (so far in excess of £10,000 to rectify the issues I've discovered). I have since discovered that their team (bar the electrician) have no actual qualifications either. I'm writing my review in case it helps anyone else avoid the utter distress we have and continue to go through.

I loft ( Elvis and team) did an amazing job with our loft conversion. Now we have two new bedrooms, shower room with toilet and a small kitchen. The work was completed on time ( two months), on budget, and to the highest standard, with building regs. certificates. Elvis was always on hand with queries and his workers were always available to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Getting someone in London to do extensive building work to your home is not easy so we feel very lucky to have have put our trust in Elvis and the results speak for themselves. I would recommend the I loft team to anyone who wants major work done on their house and will definitely be getting them to do more work in future. Thanks team for all your hard work! Ed O’KANE

Iloft recently renovated/repaired the ground floor of our house (having previously done a loft conversion for us two/three years ago). They did an excellent job! Elvis was on hand and available day and night to resolve any issues we had. The whole project was completed to an excellent standard and we’re really happy with the result. All the guys who carried out the work were respectful and considerate. Would highly recommend!

Iloft built our dormer loft extension, moved a bathroom upstairs and extended our kitchen. The team were extremely hardworking and considerate to our needs. Nothing was a problem and their communication was excellent. Would highly recommend! Thanks iloft!

Great company meticulous detail in everything they do

We are so happy with the mansard loft conversion iLofts did for us.
As we had a butterfly/London roof this required full planning permission so we had detailed architectural and structural designs which they worked to with high accuracy.
Elvis effectively project managed the build, liaising with our architect, building control and a variety of different contractors.
He was always accessible by phone and in person (the huge benefit of a local company) and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The rest of the team (Leo, Attan, Simona and others) were equally dedicated, friendly and respectful and we felt totally safe and confident trusting them with our home.
The odd expected hiccup was dealt with quickly and professionally and all communication was crystal clear- no unexpected extras!
We would whole heartedly recommend iLofts and feel very fortunate to have worked with them.

iLoft recently built a loft extension in our small Victorian 2 bed terrace. Initially we were concerned about the amount of space we would be able to achieve as our roof was the lowest height it is possible to do a loft conversion, and we did not have a landing already on the first floor. It turns out we had nothing to worry about, as iLoft are clearly experts in what they do. They were able to achieve a really spacious double bedroom, ensuite, walk-in cupboard, and freed up loads of extra storage in the eaves. We had to lose some of the second bedroom on the first floor to build a corridor, but it is still a bright and spacious room. We are absolutely thrilled with the work they did and it really has transformed our home. They have created so much light up there too.

We cannot recommend iLoft more highly. All work was done to exceptional standards, communication was great and we had Elvis who was our project manager and kept us up-to-date every step of the way. We really liked the payment plan, which had a clear breakdown of what to pay and when. It made us confident that we were not expected to pay the majority up front. 

iLoft has a team of all different tradesmen who come in at the right time to avoid delays. We were blown away at the speed they completed the work - 7 weeks in total! All workmen were friendly, tidy, professional, clearly worked hard and knew exactly what they were doing. You could tell they made a big effort to be as clean as possible. Elvis, Simona, Leo and their brother are really a kind, lovely and efficient team. If we ever needed work done again in the future we would go to iLoft without hesitation.

The iLoft team recently refurbished our kitchen and fitted a new (to us) front door. I had amassed quite a collection of stained glass, in addition to a vintage French range cooker and salvaged butler sink. The service iLoft provided was truly bespoke. They made all the pieces I’d collected fit perfectly together, and our kitchen is now both beautiful and functional. They also created a new front door frame to fit the antique stained glass door and fanlight window I’d acquired, and it was matched in style to look like it always was part of the house. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the work was done to a very high standard. We are truly pleased and will be using iLoft’s services for future projects.
