Very quick, helpful and supportive

Alex from Smart Home Surveys was fantastic in carrying out a Level 3 RICS survey. Happy to chat through issues we were particularly worried about before the survey - detailed survey report including focus on those aspects of concern - and then happy to chat again to go into more detail and answer follow up questions afterwards. Professional and responsive throughout. Would very much recommend.

I am a very nervous first time buyer with lots of uncertainties and unknowns. Both Adam and later Joe (who carried out my survey), have guided me through the process with patience and clarity and very sound advice. They are a highly experienced team of real integrity. We used Smart Home to perform a survey on the property we were buying and probably this is one of the most professional and reliable service we have used so far. There were 2 sets of work people to do the damp proofing inside and out.
Both sets were polite on arrival and leaving, they were efficient and showed professionalism throughout explaining what and how it was to be done and then cleaning up after themselves.

This is more of a thank you than a review as we had a positive and easy experience with Smart Home Surveys. We found the end to end process of dealing with them efficient, friendly and fast. We initially were unsure what level of report to go with and Adam and Joe reassured us that the Level 2 report was the right one for us. Joe carried out the survey and had the report sent to us within days and offered a follow up to discuss key concerns. Joe is extremely knowledgable and personable and wrote a thorough report. You often hear of the difficulties homebuyers face but the service we received was second to none! Thank you so much for all your help.

Could not recommend Smart Home Surveys enough! Booking the survey was very quick and the actual survey was carried out a couple of days later. Report provided was very detailed and Alex was always available to answer any follow-up questions, going above and beyond to provide me answers to my numerous questions. From my first enquiry to getting the survey done was very quick - they were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and were very transparent on pricing and what service I would benefit from (I had initially asked about a Level 3 survey, but they advised that it wasn't necessary for my circumstance and advised me to take a Level 2 instead). They have an online portal that is easy to use to make payments, submit documents, etc and help track the status of your report. The report was thorough and we were given a follow up call to discuss some of our concerns, and they were incredibly helpful in detailing and advising on each point, and you could tell from their responses and explanations that they had reviewed the property in great detail.
