Total crap and worthless. Not even loading anymore and when it did it never produced usable results. Save your $.

SCAM AVOID SCAM. The site you get access too is horrific (if it even loads). The "vector drawing" it renders is millions of tiny shapes, not a single line in it. So sure, you can make a pixelated vector that will never open due to the file complexity - NO REFUND AT ALL - and paypal are quite happy to keep taking money for this crap. AVOID

Its not working at all day.... which is a drag as I've paid good money to use it :-(

When the website is available (which is some of the time) the quality of the output makes the image unusable. Much better results are obtained with e.g. Corel Draw.
Money back guarantee? Doesn't exist. This is an absolute scam - save your money.

It is a game-changer for raster-to-vector conversion. Their new AI feature is amazing. Its user-friendly interface, lightning-fast speed, and remarkable accuracy. Highly recommended.

I would give zero if I could. Absolutely rubbish. Doesn’t work as advertised. As an Adobe illustrator user I thought this might speed my workflow and cut out a few stages, what a complete waste of money. No customer support. They remove all the negative comments from their adverts too. Stay away!!

bought vectorcop Couple a year back. And it works just as advertised. It is much better than the illustrator tracing tool. Thank god I found this tool.

Simple and easy to use with an intuitive interface. We use it for both standard graphic design but also with our laser engraver and cutter. It makes life much easier when we want to laser cut or engrave larger pieces where a vector will keep the design's quality.

SCAM - Doesn’t work, didn’t load most of my jpg or png files and the company didn’t respond to any emails or messages in facebook messenger or on their fb ad or page.
Haven’t worked out how to get my money back yet..

I've been working on vectorcop for the last 6 months. Had faced no issues. It is on par with vector magic and other tools at the 10th of their price. Overall worth It.

I've been using VectorCop for last 3 months.
So far so good. Haven't found any major drawback in their service. There is no phone support. But email support works pretty well. I would suggest you to download SVG image for better results.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! This is a scam company. I purchased the license and after a week I realized that the quality of the output was not of my standard. I contacted the company several times to get a refund as per their 30-day guarantee and they never responded. I wrote them at two different email addresses- the one that is listed in their website, and the one listed in PayPal as a customer service email - so they cannot claim they did not receive my email. Now I have to do a chargeback claim with PayPal because they are not honoring their guarantee.

Loved it. I don't understand the bad reviews. It works preity well for me. Specially with affinity designer. I just wish vectorcop had better support.

I'm using it from last few days. Here's my review - it mostly works with almost all images except images with white background. Svg download works best. Other format are not so good. Website is little slow but usable. I would say it is value for money.

Vectorcop works pretty well. But they don't give proper guide of all the buttons and tools it has. Otherwise vectorcop is good.

Bad Service and doesn't work and impossible to get any help, No contact numbers only contact is a snail mail address in India. Been trying to get help or my money back. No follow up from Vectorcop, just a rip off company. Save your money.

I am an experienced graphic designer. Please don't loose your money on this. This a cloud service that does not work or when/if it works, gives you bad results. You will get much better results with downloading the free InkScape program (available on: Mac/Windows/Linux). My 2 cents. May this help you save your time and money.
