Great so far for EU VAT application and OSS
We are just at the beginning of our working relationship with Verico and everything has been excellent so far.
We are a UK based company who sell to the EU and due to Brexit we now need to register for the EU OSS and file a tax return in Spain. Liam has been great at responding to all of our questions in a very timely manner and has always taken the time to give extra clarifications when needed. The application process for Spanish VAT number and OSS registration has been smooth so far and we feel in good hands for filing our returns.
The consequences of the UK leaving the EU have been felt strongly in our company. Verico have helped get all the necessary paperwork in place for working with a Spanish fulfilment service to avoid the chaos of sending goods from the UK to the EU.

They offer a needed service for…
They offer a needed service for business who are trading in Europe
However, I don't get a lot from in the way of communication unless they have a new service to sell, the EORI certificate provided is a French one but apparantly ok to use in Germany, I will find out in the next two weeks as I have a shipment due and I still have not received a German VAT number.
The jury is still out for the final decision on whether I continue or not.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however I must refer to a couple of points you have made.
As you know there is currently a 10 week processing time in Germany to receive all of the relevant documentation back including your VAT Number, Certificate etc.
Looking at your client file I can see that you returned our signed forms back to us on 08/03/21 and the tax office confirmed submission of the application on 09/03/21. This means the processing time is 10 weeks from this date which is roughly around the w/c 17th May. I must point out, we are not the German tax office and we have no control over how long this may take and we cannot be held responsible for your trading dates/deadlines that you may have set.
We always contact our clients as soon as we receive a document or an update through from the tax office to keep you in the loop.
I am not sure what you are referring to when you say we only contact you to sell our services, as we would have only contatced you regarding an EU EORI Number which is vital for EU trading purposes.
