Poor product Knowledge. Reading the 1 other review I can only…

Reading the 1 other review I can only agree on 1 point of which the lady who served me was polite hence the 1 star. Unfortunately it seems product knowledge is not a strong point. Last week I took a new vape in I had acquired and asked for a high watt MTL coil. Once home it didn't even fit so today I took it back, same lady looked at my vape and said I need a pnp coil not a pnp-x coil (fair enough in a way as the outer tank says pnp-x). So i asked for the highest watt pnp mouth to lung and was offered a 18w one so asked for a higher 1 as I've seen 25 watt ones, I left with a 25w to 35w coil, tried it in my car and it didn't smoke like a mouth to lung (MTL). Took a look on Google and could see I was sold a DTL (Direct to lung coil) so drove back to the shop and ask for the PnP-TM1 Mesh 0.6Ω - 20-25w MTL as the 1 just sold me was a DTL. No 25w MTL in stock so I had the highest MTL they had 18w and finally smokes fine. I'm not vape expert so rely on the knowledge of a vape shop to sell me the product I need for my vape just like when a customer walks in my shop with a faulty item I can tell them by looking at their item the need a 36v 350watt motor. If I got the item the require wrong I would replace the item free not charge them for a 2nd motor as its my mistake selling them the wrong component. However with vape shack I've had to buy 3 different coils that have cost me more than a pack of 5 from ebay, I've had to look online what coil I need rather than vapour shack telling me and I've had to pay 3 separate times too. Very clearly asked for MTL . I should have to go online and research what coils are available for my vape that are MTL, surely a vape shop should have this knowledge. £12 to end up with 1 coil I can use is very disappointing 😞

OUTSTANDING Level of Customer Service Product quality and variety

I’ve been using this company since their very early days and simply cannot fault them. Their knowledge and experience is unrivaled and all of their friendly experienced staff go above and beyond for customers. Just when their level of customer service couldn’t get any better they raise the bar once again today !!
I’ve never known any other store members of staff that have shown me personally this level of compassion and empathy. If your reading I cannot thank you enough ( lady in Werrington) and so sorry for worrying you all earlier. 😞😞😞

I was fearful when they shut their doors during Covid that they wouldn’t be opening again when life resumed again. I for one am so thankful it adapted by offering home delivery service by ordering over the phone or online. I can order my liquid & coils over the phone or online in the morning and pay delivery fee of just £2.99 and receive it in the afternoon because I live locally. This is a life saver for me as I do have health issues ( NOT smoking related ). How they are able to keep up with market and product trends I really don’t know, but if you’ve seen the current Currys advertisements I can imagine them bringing in a ‘ Font of Knowledge’ for staff. Or see them eating product manuals….lmao 🤣🤣🤣
But joking aside I’ve been using this store since back in roughly 2018 and hope I can carry on using them for many many more years to come. 🤞🤞🤞 Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for caring so much about your individual customers welfare. You’ve all got hearts of gold which is a rare thing in this day and age!!! ♥️ Debbie, Werrington.
