The person on the phone was very Unprofessional.
The company they have insured me with has 1 star rating & he doubled the amount of the quote after I paid the deposit because someone hit my van 5 years ago.

Bumped my van insurance up by about…

Bumped my van insurance up by about £300 on my renewal. Amazing that when I phoned up to cancel because I found it cheaper. They were able to knock nearly £400 off the renewal told them no thanks you should have offered that in the first place. So asked them to cancel the renewal. Which they never did guy just hung up phone on me and was a bit rude with it. I’ve just canceled my direct debit as I’m not wasting anymore time trying to contact them. It’s funny how were your buying a policy there’s loads of available agents but not when your canceling
