Do not use this company. Gave me a quote on money supermarket. As soon as I clicked pay now they phoned me instantly telling me my quote was wrong and demanded and extra £75 which I had just paid £360. And put my monthly payments up an extra £40pm. They changed all my original quote took my hire and reward off me. I only realised when I sat down and checked the policy. I then had to go and buy a new insurance policy with a different company. I had to cancel the policy. By this point the policy was 2 and a half weeks old they they took another monthly payment so I have now paid a total of £600+. And when I phoned to cancel the policy they could only refund me £155. To which I have now waited over 10 days to receive an email saying I need to wait another 5 days. Very very untrustworthy and can only imagine the hassle if you actually had to put a claim in.

Spend days hours on phone sorting renewal quote out to finally got sorted,
I have a call 6pm to tell me my renewal was going be cancelled, they wanted to add £500 more to my renewal quote knowing my insurance was up at midnight, bad company.

Setup insurance online, paid deposit, next day an email saying needing to validate, called them to confirm everything was as it should be, price went up by almost £200, no idea why, told them I would not be proceeding with this policy, they claimed a refund for the deposit would be returned shortly, a follow up email stating a refund within 72 hours, the next day another email stating refund in 3 to 5 working days, called them in the 5th day asking where my deposit was and was told sorry the emails were wrong, it will be 5 to 10 days for your refund. Still don't have my refund.
