The service from Alastair and then from Lillie was exceptional. There were a few hiccups that were not the fault of Vanaways and they were very helpful in finding a solution.

Vanaways is really great, from contacting them up to delivery can't be smoother than it was. These guys are professionals and I believe the best in the industry. Thanks to Philip Jones, Ross Davies, Jihad Khan and one or two individuals I had contact with throughout the process. I recommend Vanaways and will use them again.

I ordered a van, but the financing was much higher than expected. I requested a refund, but the staff member who was supposed to handle it left the company, so my refund was never processed.
Now I'm stuck chasing this down because my year-end accounts are coming up, and my accountant noticed I haven’t received the refund. I’m out £500 plus VAT, and they’re now telling me I'm not eligible for a refund due to the timeframe.
This is absolutely appalling. I made my refund request through their staff, and now I'm left to deal with the fallout of their incompetence. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I bought a brand new Renault Trafic Extra Sport for my business and from the start to finish, from enquiring about the van, putting my deposit down to getting the van, Vanaways kept me up to date with the process and nothing was any problem to them.
When I got the van however, Renault themselves had lined the van which I didn't want and had created an issue with the van. I immediately contacted Vanaways and I thought 'that that would be that' because they had sold the van and it was my problem now- I couldn't have been more wrong! Stacey and her team in the After Sales department were absolutely brilliant and have fought my corner since Day 1 and I am now getting the correct resolution to the issue. They have 'gone the extra mile' ..and more for me, numerous updates and have never side stepped any of my queries.
After Sales is just as important, if not more important than the sale itself to give the buyer the confidence that if any issue arises, that you are not the 'last sale' and they're now chasing the next sale- unlike many garages you can walk into- I speak from experience!!
If I could give them 6 stars I would- and as for when I buy another van? I'll be straight on the phone to Vanaways without hesitation!

Fantastic customer service! Lillie-Mae and Tyler were very helpful during the whole process, nothing was a hassle, providing weekly updates throughout the whole process via email and telephone calls. Communication was excellent and over all experience was great, this is our first vehicle using Vanaways but will definitely be using them again going forward!
