Great choice of options, re number of drivers, whether help is required loading and unloading, size of van, and amount of time required. I also found the option to have packing materials delivered really handy!

Most amazing driver we could have ever wished for!! Service provided went beyoned initial expectations, especially considering reviews that we've got to read before. Sadaf helped us out with everything, entertained throughout the 4 hours journey and helped us loading and unloading. Ask for Sadaf whoever is booking a van with van plus

This company is hard to contact via telephone. Makes one wonder whether it's a real company dealing with vans for goods transportation or it's an agency that's sources out other company's for drivers with vans.

In addition they claim that they will not debit ones account until the job is completed but be aware that they debit ones account the same day. And when one goes through the bank account statements they are not known as Van Plus it's a computer company.

I would be wary of them

2 cancellations and sending vans no trolleys which I required one
we ended up manually loading and I booked man with van and the lady called first time to cancel yesterdays booking booked me into today within confirmation email of time nor nothing nor asking me for my convenient time

also no one picking up on the number and they call from private numbers which makes it difficult to call back and had to stay chatting online to solve this and the driver that was cancelled with was rude

gabriel from the team was helpful but still did not check that the 3rd booking had trolley which I have lot of boxes and fragile stuff and distance from the van tis the flats so its time consuming and heavy to carry

I shouldn't go through this it should be easy simple task

DON'T USE VAN PLUS. Terrible experience. They said they wouldn't take the money out until the job was done (£80) but they actually took the amount 3 days before and then tried to take the same amount the next day. They then sent an invoice/receipt for £120! I wanted to move a heavy piano. I told them they must send a Luton van with a taillift and 2 men. The day of the move, a different driver contacted us. They turned up over 2 hours late and had no taillift and said they didn't know it was a piano move. We rearranged a time for the same afternoon but they turned up 75 mins late. The job only took 33 mins and they said they'd only charge £80 but the company tried to take a further £80 and sent the receipt for £120. I had to cancel my card in the end to make sure they didn't take any more money. Don't use them. Very bad experience.

They went beyond call of duty. Came at short notice arrangement. Eased my nerves by being positive and calming. Gave me life nuggets to move on with life. 😇 Angels in a van. Never complained and quickly delivered without any fuss. The best removal guys I ever met. Kind and honest. You made my day so easy like I never moved at all. 💞 I was having panic attacks now I'm recovering because of them. You simply the best.

I would give no stars if I could. Company is terrible. Txt the night before removal to say cancelled from 9am till 1pm no explanation given even tho job was booked a month before. When it got to 1 o'clock I messaged company who said the driver was in a accident and they were getting a new driver. Even tho no one had contacted me I had to contact them. New driver booked at 3 didn't show again, again I contacted them response driver can't make it till 9pm now. The way the full thing was dealt with the responses the delays was ridiculous and time wasting. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Infact i think they got so fed up of me contacting they then replied saying they cancelled job and issued a refund and that I could go find a new company. Absolute joke of company. If you want a stress free home move stay away from them and get someone local and self employed .

I'd highly recommend VanPlus. It was easy to book, good value for money and the movers were polite, quick and efficient. they really helped me out moving into a flat with no lift!

Pretty good service 4 stars only because they couldn't meet the desired time that day but they did manage to provide the service a couple of hours later.

I needed to move out of a house by 9am so I booked the time about a week beforehand. They said it was all fine and booked so I left it and trusted their word. The night before moving day they called me and said they can’t find a driver for the time I needed and I’ll have to wait till 1pm. If it doesn’t seem that bad, keep in mind all the stuff needed to be out of the house by 9am as it was going to be repossessed (some previous drama) and they knew about this. But because they screwed us over so bad, we couldn’t call another van company to try book a time that we needed. They left it till the night before to tell us and because of that we had to wait out in the snow freezing cold with our stuff so it wouldn’t get taken. I had to call time off work so I lost money, and a lot of my possessions were damaged as the snow melted on them. I have no problem with the driver he was actually quite nice, but the sheer betrayal of trust in this company really screwed me and my partner over. I know it won’t be noticed and it’ll probably be brushed under the rug, but how dare you make us go through all that. I will not be using this service again.

They booked a driver who was 145miles away so he was unable to get to me for the allocated time slot causing me to be late for work. The company is impossible to get hold of to be fair to the guys I spoke to they did try there best but the lady who booked me made no mention that I would get charged if I cancelled and pressured me into buying the job, I will never use this company again which is a shame as Vincent (the driver) was fantastic

Was told 5 he came at 5.30 took him 20 min to drop settee of and billed me 75 it's a joke was tolooking 25 on the Internet and than it said the first half hour is 15

Brilliant service, driver was very friendly

I called Shahbaz just after the agreed arrival time to check on his whereabouts and he politely advised me that he had rejected the job the nite before and was surprised why Vanplus had not given the job to another provider nor contacted me. He went on to reassure me that he was not gonna leave me stranded and he turned up as soon as he could which really helped me as I needed to move the furniture to create spce for the new stuff that was also being delivered that morning. Lovely personality and very polite and professional.

Absolutely excellent. Best £40 I’ve ever spent. Great recommendation from a friend.
