Poor service, would avoid
I sent a repair for my iPad via my insurance and was told was not repairable and they would send out a replacement. Been nearly 3 weeks since they told me this and not had anything. Spoke to Danielle on the phone who advised on two occasions that they would get a replacement sorted or arrange for money back. They advised me they would get their manager to call back but no call back on either occasion. I requested to make a complaint and was advised I could only do this by speaking to the manager who was “out”. It has been a week since my last call and still have not heard anything.

Couldn't fault them, my phone got collected the next day (once the insurance company gave the go-ahead for them to assess it). Easy instructions on what I needed to do, the phone got collected by DPD & in less than 24hrs it had been delivered to them, assessment undertaken & insurance company updated...they kept me updated at all times with what was happening... very pleased after reading some other reviews
5 Star Service
I have to say after reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive as to the service I would receive. Having said that I can honestly say that the service provided was second to none. Value Checkers were prompt at collecting my mobile, and keeping me updated daily on where they were with the repair, and if I messaged them for an update I received a response more often than not within the hour.
I can't thank the team enough for repairing my Z Flip 5 in the timely manner they did and for the communication, it has been returned perfectly.
Definitely deserve a 5* Rating and I would highly recommend.

So Sure, I’ll never be using them again. Sadly, they use a third-party to repair devices called Value Checkers. Who in the last 12 months, have had three of my devices for a total of 20 weeks. They have both been sent back several times due to inadequate workmanship which has left me without a mobile phone several times this year for several weeks, contributing to my already poor mental health.
Avoid!!
I got a replacement device for a damaged phone which itself was damaged , talked to them about the same got another replacement but the SIM card didn't work on it. The process took a lot of time and I didn't have a phone while all of this was happening wanted to get another replacement but just couldn't bother with them. Offered me cash or another replacement after getting It wrong twice.
