Now they are scammer

I don’t know what they was did in the first time. but they scammed me for golden check mark. I was paid $3K(50%) to chirs for twitter golden check mark in the agreement they was mentioned that if the service didn’t completed within 48 hours they will give refund. its almost 15 days they are not replying me even not seeing my message.
