I was trying to order some car mats for my car and the next thing I knew my credit card was being illegally charged for VP Platform I never authorized.

Be careful what you purchase and check your your credit card!!

They stole $108.00 out my bank account. I never purchased anything on this website nor did give them any authorization to charge my card. I called the guy hung up in my face twice because I was requesting to speak with a supervisor. All I want is my refund

I went into this purchase with no idea…

I went into this purchase with no idea what is was about. After finding out it was not a membership I would use, I reached out to cancel. A customer service representative named Andy was more than polite and helpful in getting the membership cancelled. And then the matter was verified cancelled by the next level up. It was great customer service and very much appreciated it.
