My name is Motlhabi Mahlatse.
From VALORSUIT I never experienced anything as my account details was used without my permission where I lost more than R500 to R600. Using my card number I don't know how because I had my phone with me and my card with me and that's a Fraud I even opened a fraud case from absa for Techslimnow, Varlosuit and THEWOOFSY for using my card number withdrawing my money without my permission on the following dates 16,17, 18 and 20th of January 2026 even today I haven't received my refund.

Although the company did offer to refund my money back to my card...it is still very frustrating because I contacted this company Feb. 17, 2026 letting them know I don't know how they got my info or my debit card info, I've never been on their site or even heard about the company. I had a charge of $23.60 to my debit that I did not authorize, the agent I was chatting with was not helpful at all, they refused to refund my $23.60 back to my debit card all they kept saying is I now have a credit i can use like a gift card on their site. I kept stating i don't want no gift card I've never heard of this company an I don't know how they got my info. The only reason I knew it was this company who charged my card is because of my banking mobile app that showed the company's name. So after serval threats of my telling the agent I was going to report the company as fraud an write a review about the company the agent finally agreed to canceling whatever account they had under my name. But no refund. I received an email stating the membership I had was canceled out. Then on Feb. 19,2026 I received another charged to my debit card in the amount of $69.30, after the agent on Feb.17,2026 insured me that whatever account they had under my name it was canceled out. I once again contacted the company complaining about them charging my debit card without my authorize again an letting them know what was said in my previous conversation with an agent on the Feb. 17,2026. I sent screenshot shots an they still tried to insinuate that I created this account. I kept stating I did not, I've never heard of this company before an i wanted my money refund back to my debit card an all my info to be erased from their system. I finally got a manager who finally agreed to refund all my money back to my debit card after serval threats of me stating I'm reporting this company as fraud. An today I received an email stating that in order to complete the finally steps of my refund request I had to write a review which I think is completely ridiculous I have to go through all these steps to get my money back from this company when I never authorize any of these charges or even knew anything about this company. They also said I had to email a different department requesting for all my info to be erased out their system. Once again I'm stating I don't know who this company is or what they offer or do I care...I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY CHARGES TO MY DEBIT CARD OR NOR DID I SETUP ANY ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY.

Valoursuit have scammed me!!
Valoursuit have scammed me. I ordered a product online. They used the the front of another company, Woolworths South Africa, advertising as Woolworths to sell a product. The product never arrived. When I contacted them they pretended that I had purchased a "Valoursuit" subscription. Two amounts were taken, and a third amount under the name "Festgrid". Realising I'd been scammed, I cancelled the card I had used). I asked for a refund. All I got was a subscription cancellation! I then commented on Trustpilot. They contacted me, asking me to delete the comment and they would refund me. I deleted the comment on Trustpilot, in good faith. They responded with "we explored all options to make payment" (what options? they could have asked for me account details, simple) and that they would give me "a credit" on "my account" (an Account I don't have, subscription supposedly cancelled). I gave them my new card details and no surprise, no response.... Festgrid also cancelled my "subscription".
Is this the extent Valoursuit and Festgrid go to ensnare people into parting with their money for a "subscription"?

This company reapproved my canceled subscription. I filled out a survey for something else and brought to this 3rd party site.
Be careful. I had to reach out to customer service 3x to ensure my account was canceled and apparently to finalize my cancelation they're asking me to leave a 5 star review.
