Very Poor Service – No Follow-up for Months
I took a Professional Tax Filing service from Vakilsearch for my company, but it has been over three months, and no one has contacted me to complete the filing or even request the OTP for the portal login.
Even after raising a support ticket (#4922903) and receiving an assurance that the PT Filings team would call me back, no follow-up ever happened.
Another major issue with Vakilsearch is that they keep changing their staff every few months, making it impossible for new employees to understand what’s going on with existing clients. There’s no continuity or accountability.
Due to this poor coordination and lack of reliability, I don’t plan to continue using their services for the current financial year.

Pathetic and Unprofessional Service – Beware!
I had one of the worst experiences with Vakilsearch. I opted for their name change service over a year ago and paid the full amount upfront. Since then, I’ve been chasing them through countless emails and follow-ups, and every single time their response has been the same — “We are working on it.”
It’s been one full year, and they still haven’t completed the work. Absolutely no accountability, no follow-through, and zero professionalism. I now realize I would have been much better off hiring a local lawyer — the job would have been done months ago for half the hassle.
Honestly, I don’t understand how they have so many 5-star reviews — the whole thing looks rigged and misleading. I regret trusting Vakilsearch and would strongly advise others to stay away. Once they take your money, you’ll be left chasing them endlessly.
Avoid Vakilsearch at all costs!

Because of Vakilsearch Negligence, I’m Paying ₹5,000–₹20,000 in Penalties Year After Year!
Zolvit (Vakilsearch) has been the most irresponsible and unprofessional service provider I have ever dealt with. Every year, I end up paying heavy penalties because of their repeated delays and negligence in handling mandatory government filings.
Despite paying them well in advance, I still have to personally follow up through endless calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails just to get basic updates. They almost never respond on time, and when they finally do, their attitude is shockingly arrogant.
Because of Zolvit’s constant delays, I have had to pay ₹5,000 per year in DIN KYC penalties and another ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per year in annual compliance delay penalties. These are completely avoidable fines caused purely by their team’s incompetence and lack of accountability.
Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they shamelessly tell you to “just pay the penalties” as if it is no big deal. To make matters worse, they send fake email threads claiming they were trying to reach me and that I did not respond, just to shift the blame onto the customer.
I even have WhatsApp chat screenshots where they have not replied for months, despite me sending dozens of follow-up messages. It is clear evidence that they ignore clients completely and later try to cover it up by fabricating false communication records.
I have repeatedly requested to change the person handling my account after multiple bad experiences, but they completely ignore such requests. Once you are assigned to someone careless, you are stuck dealing with the same unresponsive person indefinitely.
Dealing with Zolvit has been nothing short of exhausting. The amount of time, energy, and frustration it takes just to get them to do work I have already paid for is unbelievable. Their lack of professionalism, false excuses, and utter disregard for deadlines make them the worst service providers I have ever encountered.
If you value your peace of mind and do not want to pay unnecessary government penalties every year, stay far away from Vakilsearch.
