First Class
The Vado Customer Service/Aftercare has been "First Class" if only other companies were as good to deal with. My problem was quite strange but the team advised me and it was resolved very much to my satisfaction.
Aftercare is really important and this Team have got it right and are a credit to the Company.
I very rarely leave reviews but when a Company does well it is important to sing their praises, far to often companies are berated for poor service, but rarely given credit for good service.

Problem? No problem! What a fantastic customer service.
As a building contractor, the choice of materials used not only rely on suitability but the back up service from the supplier. We recently installed 7x I-Tech life sensor taps products within new food factory extension. Unfortunately, a fault was discovered with one of the power units after 3 months, so I contacted customer services directly as it is in my mind, important to keep the client happy as well as gauging the response of the supplier. Well all I can say is, FANTASTIC. Customer services scored off the chart and I have to mention and single out, Holly. She was so helpful, polite and most important, professional. Holy ensured that we identified the correct part, ensured the part was delivered to the correct address and promised a delivery window of 1 to 2 days.
Didn't have to wait 2 days, it turned up the very next day, what a service!
Will I use this company again, 100%.

I couldn’t rate them highly enough. When I contacted them with a query about a shower model, they responded immediately, confirming the model and the correct part I needed.
When the delivery was subsequently delayed, entirely due to the courier, they refunded the additional charge I had paid for expedited delivery without any hesitation.
Excellent customer service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was struggling with a Vado thermostat as it had ten years of limescale build up inside, where a chrome surround was welded to the brass I could not get to the cartridge and the grub screws were suck aswel they had to be drilled they really help me with parts and went above and beyond for me so I could get this job done for the customer they are really happy now thank you time from Mkp plumbing & property maintenance Ltd
