I bought a fan six months ago
I bought a fan six months ago, and it stopped working in July. The speed settings weren't working—it would only run on low. I checked for all possible issues and ordered a repair kit, but that didn't work. I tried to arrange a return, but I received no response. I was unable to resolve the problem, and the whole experience was disappointing. It’s a shame, because the unit worked perfectly and I really liked it. I bought it through Wayfair.
