These thugs recently scammed 70 euros from my partner on the pretext of providing medical advice that actually turned out to be false.
She had provided them her Spanish medical documents (including all the vaccines she's already taken), and asked them for vaccination advice to conduct research in Asia. These documents clearly mentioned the diseases she's already been vaccinated against.
In reply these so called medical professionals literally copied and pasted content from their public access website and proceeded to inform her to get vaccinated for the very diseases she's already been vaccinated against.
Obviously, feeling scammed, my partner let them know that she wouldn't be using their services anymore and in reply, these grifters proceeded to BILL HER 20 EUROS, for useless medical advice that chat-gpt, even in its wildest hallucination, wouldn't have spewed forth.
Contrary to anything even resembling the hippocratic oath of doing no harm that these doctors (?) apparently didn't commit to, they went on to cause her more mental and financial distress by increasing the billed amount to 70 euros.
My partner, a self-sufficient hardworking straight-A European student already stressed from working two jobs just to afford the food and board needed for her education, broke down on finding out the extent of these greedy pigs' malice, and was forced to pay up on pain of them increasing this already exorbitant ransom-money to an unbearable amount.
I don’t know what they teach at the "medical schools" this practice’s professionals attended, but the fact that it resorted to this shakedown speaks volumes about its professionals’ quality, and shows that the practice is being run by a board of money-hungry businessmen and not doctors.
If you would like to solicit fairer, clearer and better medical services I would highly recommend staying away from these extortionists. You can check out any one of their competitors for a better experience.

This company is a scam!!! they charge you for things they have not done! Avoid them!
I already knew what vaccinations I needed as it was not for travel purposes. I called them and they said I need to make the appointment online and now they say since I filled out the online form it is considered as consultation. How corrupt your company is?!! And their consultant outcome came later that I don’t need vaccination. I’m not sure how one can trust you!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. My consultation was postponed, yet vaccines were ordered without reviewing medical documents or having any actual consultation. Later, I was told they don’t do antibody testing and only provide new vaccines.
I canceled the appointment more than 48 hours in advance but was still charged a cancellation fee for a “consultation” that never happened. Charging customers despite a compliant cancellation is unacceptable.
Think twice before booking with this company—they may charge you even if you cancel on time.
