Really every one I spoke to on the camp was not happy about this stupid regulations NOT ALLOWED SWIMMING WITH SHORTS. every where I went in the world you can swim in shorts apart from france.

No bed linen and no information
I was surprised that the linen is not included in my bookng, something that is not clear when you do the booking of the apartment at the campsite. No information about pillows or duvet provided so I don't even know what size of bed linen I should take with me. I have also asked for dimension of the baby cot to know what size of the mattress and linen I need, but my question was ignored. It is all basic things and yet, such an issue with Vacansoleil. No idea why this must be this way. At the time of my query my holiday stay was more than 4 weeks away so still plenty of time to do any extra booking and yet, I was told it is no longer possible.
