A flooring dream retail experience
I had a great experience at the v4 showroom near Woking. It’s a fabulous building and so well thought out in terms of the different display options for flooring to help aid a decision. Outstandingly positive experience
I needed a small amount of flooring for a repair job. From the outset, I was given outstanding help by V4 in terms of sending a sample, giving a recommendation re a repair specialist, and finally supplying and delivering a small quantity sufficient for the job.
I have never before encountered such a high degree of helpfulness given so willingly and with considerable charm too. Highly impressed by V4.

We bought the V4 Cairngorm engineered wood floor for our house, to replace the carper at the first floor and we couldn't be happier. The colour and finish of this floor is amazing and the team at V4 has answer all our questions promptly. Amazing products and amazing company!

Super service and customer care so far.
We received our samples today and it really helped in us making a decision on the right type and tone of flooring to choose. The flooring can look so different in different positions and lighting.
The service is excellent and we are absolutely 100% confident of our choice based on the information and quality of the products received so far.

Don’t make a decision on wood flooring before you visit this amazing showroom
Outstanding showroom with plenty of parking, a welcoming guest area and excellent displays of the floor types in pull out drawers and huge pull out plank options too. The lighting can be adjusted in the showroom to simulate sunshine or harsher lights to see its effect on the wood colour.
We met Jon on the day and his knowledge was very valuable in guiding our decision making. They also have a very good display screen which enabled him to select previous customer in home examples to make the final decision easier.
Did I mention the great coffee too?
If you are going to be spending a lot of money on a wood floor this is the place you should visit to reassure you.
