Very patient to go through the process even when there was mistake from my side

First time i purchased V1ce card. I have finding difficult to activate my self but i emailed the help desk one of the help desk person called John Rex emailed and arrange the teams meeting and gone through in details.

John is very help full from the beginning to end. I am very happy about his service. I will recommend the Vice card to anyone

I ordered 2 cards and when they came, a key point of the design was left out of the physical card despite it being on the pre-design that I approved, this was the text "made from bamboo" on the back of the card as this ties in with our brand.

One card I have connected to my v1ce account and I really like the page design integration, it is easy to customise and looks good. However, the second card, when i scan to connect it to the account, it says it is already on another account.

For both of these issues I have tried contacting numerous times. By phone on 5 different days, never any answer. By their in-site text channel on multiple occasions, last message was that there is no-one currently available and they will make it a top priority to get back to me, and still I am waiting the next day.

After spending this money on the cards, I'd expect someone to be able to assist me at the very least.

Bought my V1CE Networking Bundle which was delivered 23rd December 2023. I programmed my Business Card and NFC keyring and disc, however the business card NFC tap was not working. After trying everything, emailed V1CE for help... not expecting a response until after Christmas, I was surprised the Germine emailed me on Christmas Eve with the solution. Great product. Thank you.

I've read a lot of stuff online saying how bad V1CE is etc, and when my card wasn't working I thought those reviews were probably right.

However, after a few emails from Germine, she reset my card (I had connected the card to the wrong account) and got it working correctly.
